As a Nepali, I’d add a little paneer, green onions and cabbage to the filling. Makes the momo more juicy. Also, don’t add ginger to the chutney, cook one onion as well to cut the sourness of the tomatoes, and add sesame seeds and coriander to it.
We must add sesame and corriander in the mixi or over the chutney
There is any special momo masala powder.....used in Nepal momos....
@@masalapal1141 Yes, I use momo masala, I prefer everest or bmc brand ones. It's not a necessity though. I still add coriander and cumin powder, but add half a teaspoon of momo masala for smell.
