      I'm sure she doesn't use.
      Myself, I cook but do not use apron. Its actually not common to use apron. My mum is a food vendor and it's once in a blue moon that she'll use apron

    Great to see she is promoting our local foods there. But i thought you have to keep the fresh kenkey balls overnight before cooking??

      Yes, you are right. She mentioned she fermented it a few days prior to this day
