Thanks a lot Emeric 😀 they move people so make for great timelapse subjects 😄 and yes they are soo fresh and clean, make for a huge difference on the tube network that other then some newer lines are very old and not all smell this nice
Thank you Felix, yeah it’s a lovely new station, feels and evens smells fresh too, haha yeah having a cameraman for the gig is already rare for me while the other person there with me was a PR representative, plenty of security at the station so didn’t need a personal one 😉
@@berlinlapse absolutely, can’t even think how long would it take if even possible to organise tripod permissions at Transport for London sites if it wasn’t for OTIS’s involvement
Timelapse’s can be interesting and dynamic even though the subject matter isn’t an incredible view from a mountain top. Your Timelapse here showcases that point. Awesome!
That’s true, I love hiking and timelapsing from the top of mountains but something as simple as motion flow of people on escalators can often look equally spectacular in timelapse and at least you’re not weather dependant 😀
Thanks a lot Sari😀it’s been an absolute pleasure working on this project and glad the timelapses reflected the scale, flow and tempto as you say, that was the intention all while trying to not obstruct the public on their commutes which was the challenge
That’s amazing feedback, thank you so much especially that you work for OTIS, there’s so many cool OTIS project I’d love to get involved and shoot the list it too long, from elevators, through escalators to moving walkways😀
Thanks a lot Pavel on your help with this project, you’ve captured me looking better than I normally would, and were very patient with my multiple takes on some sentences 😉
Thanks, glad you liked it, that’s it for this project, it was a difficult shoot even with the help of a cameraman, we had to be mindful of people on their commutes a lot not to obstruct access, but as and when possible on next shoot I’ll try to do more BTS 👍🏻
@@olakunlesmith1092 you’re most welcome, I do have a playlist of timelapse vlogs where I often go deep into settings and setups, also a tutorial on how to shoot Automatic Holy Grail timelapses, you can find them in my playlists 👍🏻
Agreed. These look spectacular. Thanks for shooting these, but also giving an idea of how they were shot, too.
Thanks Michael, glad to hear you enjoyed the video and the BTS👍🏻
Never thought I would ever watch a 5min video about escalator haha Great timelapses, they look so clean!
