I really wish we were forced to use the loaner decks in these events. Nothing but tear and swordsoul already like I can just go play ranked for that nonsense

Have actually a out expurrely noir, herald of the abyss. Hopefully player remember to side in that card. For Fusion team i really recommend to include 2 copy mask of changes 2 and masked hero dark law. This dpe tech like effect for fusionn team it just 2 SR and 1 UR card. Recommended all fusion to include it. Try expend your tech card because maxx c is ban, card like book of moon, book of eclipse quite good in this event. Tips, your can also play power filter, power filter complete guarantee 100% will shutdown purrely 100%. If purrely become biggest threat side power filter is very good answer to purrely, and remember purrely also good in going 2nd. Power filter is dedicated specificly counter purrely and ironically also counter swordsoul deck, cause them unable to summon token.
Zoodiac with the armored xyz engine is also crazy good for the xzy festival plus it can literally fit an entire 3rd of the deck space with handtraps
Predaplants are cheap. Maindeck predaps have just one SR and no URs. They also have a searchable trap called predaplanning that modulates levels to really mess with Synchro and Xyz decks lmao. The relevant ED monsters are all SRs(, the URs all optional tbh.) Superpoly and Mudragon + Garura is also something people may already own. Same for DPE package. Its obviously an average deck at best but, its one of the more budget friendly fusion decks.
Dragonmaids are a good budget choice for fusion.
Invoked Shaddoll is surprisingly cheap as well. Most cards are SR, with just 3 UR fusion cards. It helps that you can't use dogmatika for the event.
I think Zoodiac should also be at full power, can be paired with Kashtira or armored engine
Purrely with Snake-Eye and Ghosttrick is gonna be disgusting.
Snake-Eye Ash (or Bonfire or Where Arf Thou?) is a one-card UDF
[(search), NS Ash, search Poplar, SS Poplar, overlay for Dullahan, then Angel, Angel effect detaches Dullahan searches Shot, Shot revives Dullahan, overlay for Angel, overlay 2 Angels into UF, overlay UF inro UDF]
Plus detaching Dullahan and activating Angel gets you fodder in your hand for memories or jet synchron.
And there's no Maxx "C".

Rituals arent banned actually, meaning mikanko and drytron are two really good xyz decks
Mikanko got all Monsters banned. So not that one.
i know people do not check thoroughly these events banlists because they are huge , but let me tell you that they did not regulate any strong deck ; branded was always an engine , the only banned synchro is TG librarian & only banned xyz is no100. that's it. So all mono archetypes are full power. And of course leave it to konami to have the best towers turbo deck ever at full power but ban all kaijus lava golem volcanic queen santa claws. Maybe , if this event is exactly light vs dark event , we can dodge purrely by playing xyz deck. if the matchmaking is rigged to pit different types against each other

Star warrior is a completely n/r fusion deck. It's not an archetype, just a series of cards that work together, so it might be annoying to piece together. Just search for an Idaten the Conquerer Star deck, it'll make more sense then. I think they got more support later on that's SR, and it's still probably not amazing since it's basically just big beater turbo, but it's an option.

Budget fusion- Dark Magician/ Gate Guardian combo. Only GG combined is UR and DM has structure deck. Not saying it’ll be consistent but it will be fun! 🤣👍

I figured Purrley was gonna be good, but if all of the outs like kaijus are banned, I'm not going to bother. That's ridiculously unbalanced just because they want to push the new pack. Even Lava Golem, Santa Claws, and Volcanic Queen are banned. The only one left is Ra Sphere Mode, and if they are smart, they'd keep their monster count under 2 every turn, but this might have the potential of ruining the event.
only outs to noir left are herald of the abyss & karma cannon & share the pain if they only control 1 big noir
