Awesome demo! 😎🤘🏻🎸 I’m a huge Ibanez fan and this bass sounds phenomenal. Plus fretless basses(and any bass in general) sounds beautiful with chorus effects. Also this is the first time I’ve heard a fretless bass demoed with a synth pedal. It sounds killer. Other than that, this is a pretty cool demo of a fretless Ibanez bass.

Why adjust the preamp when using the piezo soloed? The preamp is only wired to the magnetic pickups and has no effect on the piezo.

I'm considering buying this bass...Ok review, but too much emphasis on effects.

Great review and I love the bass .. especially as fretlesses just look so much better without fret lines!
I’m seriously thinking of getting the six string ❤

I used to own the 4 string of this way back when it first released, but had to sell it due to financial reasons, man do I miss it, it was fantastic.

Great sounding bass! I have a (what started as a cheap) fretless 4 string, but if I ever need to have a more extended range fretless, I think I would go for this 5 string or 6 string model of the SRF70x series!
I have to say, the piezo on this bass was really great sounding! Most other electric basses with piezo have really shrill, treble-y and/or brittle sound. Great video!

Nope, not all that treble on a piezo!...but love that 705 and the 700!...

Definitely sounds unique, great choice of sound sample with that. Good point with finding the downbeat of that rhythm. I enjoyed that style of solo over the more complex rhythm. And the simple ending of the solo to return to chorus. It's great you play fretless bass. Did you say you play electric upright as well? I'm all in as of now practicing music and working out. And I'm learning how to set up and build instruments as well. I'm totally free to focus at this point. I am interested in building some basic fretless necks for factory bodies. And I may be converting or building a seven string bass. But also a wide space four string headless. Cheers to you from Oregon.

You're a great player and did a bit of a tour but just so much talking and joking around. I think it's good to feature effects for a few seconds but most people want to hear the bass, not the effect, no? What I really wanted to hear was the cons list; what are you missing out on if you get this over some higher-buck fretless?

bro pls demonstrate the correct posture when playing bass. ur right hand should rest on the body of the best, not hanging.
