I love Gacharic Spin. I got to meet them when they performed at Anime Central in 2017. I ran into F Chopper Koga and Tomo-Zo in the Hyatt lobby the first day of the con and they were gracious enough to pose for a photo with me. They were all very nice, humble and down-to-earth.
They always talk about in their line blog how they are still surprised that there are so many fans overseas. Since they have been at it since pre-tomo-zo and oreo reona days. It was just armmy hana their old guitarist. And koga.

I was a former stagehand in San Francisco during this time and worked many, many, many events at this venue that were NOT as interesting as this. I'm offended that I somehow didn't know about this at the time and wouldn't even know about this band until eight years later. I do hope they come stateside again some day.
I love that they are so down to earth. It seems like you could walk up and just start chatting. No, "I'm a cool rock star" attitude.
I'd pay good money to see Tomo-zo wander into a Guitar Center and punk the staff there.
Just the guitarists of Archspire alone would melt Tomo into a puddle. She's okay, but there's nothing boundary-pushing in her playing.
Yo this back when she couldn't think she could record haunting summer. Most of this girls love to play funk. Archispire is a power metal. Only hana likes metal. The rest think it is ok. This why they did the whole dollbox thing so hana could play more double bass. Now she is rhythm guitarist which is really good at that too.

watched all 41 minutes of it and loved it - as usual the only thing i did NOT love was the youtube translations. hey guys - the year is 2020. is technology that bad that we can't figure out what they are really saying ?
There's a lot of things the human brain is amazingly good at doing that a machine will struggle with. Spoken Japanese often drops grammar that it's considered would be obvious in context, and there are a great number of homophones in the language as well, also to a human listener not an issue because of context that would be obvious to anyone listening. The human brain is very good at holding and using context therefore Japanese functions perfectly as a language. Computers are very good at performing mathematical functions quickly but much worse at dealing with the vast landscape of loosely connected data known as context. It's theoretically possible of course, but a non trivial problem to try and solve to a degree of accuracy that would make the vast amount of storage and computation time that would be required a worthwhile investment.
Unless you're like myself and have spent the better part of 5 decades on ranges...tonal languages are my weakness...

@@victoriskindaokaythesedays6132 They blocked an old ass video of Tomo showing off her guitar playing. The same channel has playthroughs of Koga and Hana, fortunately those are still available. The channel is AtossInternational.
@@slashinghades7347 Did they block the one promoting Tomo-zo's instructional DVD? I'm pretty sure that that DVD is entirely a property of Atoss and Victor's got nothing to do with it.
