In 2010, I turned on the radio in my car and I was singing along to Edge of Glory by Lady Gaga. The holy sport spoke clearly, I heard him say, To whom are you giving glory? I realized that this song was glorifying the enemy. Secular music is designed to give glory to the enemy, to change the atmosphere into one of lust or violence. It is also used to cast spells. Have you ever noticed lyrics don’t make sense or you cannot understand the words? They are the sounds and words of demonic language that we cannot comprehend but we are speaking these curses on ourselves under the deception of catchy tunes.
I have actually walked out of store before because of the music playing. There was an Uncle Cracker song, the lyrics were all about enticing a woman to cheat on her husband. Very catchy tune, but the lyrics were evil as could be.

But I may be hearing and understanding this message wrong as he made it sound like he was talking about people who take part in his ministry and believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior. After listening to this message, my understanding is that we can never know for sure that we will be with Jesus in heaven and that there are certain things that we must do to make it happen. I’m so tired of the fear based messages. They can be detrimental to newly born again Christians. I’m learning that although these messages on RUclips are so very tempting to watch for me, I’m better off just reading God’s word and praying for understanding. No man has a perfect understanding of anything and we must beware.

Implication being the Spirit is speaking to the church - how would one HEAR it if they aren't part of a church???

When I was lost, I listened to angry and depressing music. It was and is very seductive to me and I was repulsed by pure beautiful music. Now that I’m saved, I can’t listen to that music I used to listen to due to the lyrics and only listen to worship music. The Holy Spirit has incredible power to change our hearts and minds!

I live with my husband who is not a believer yet. He is an adult and I cannot remove his things from the house. I trust that I am covered by Jesus. But I do have grown children who are into the new age and they tell me they pray for me. I break their prayers. I know they are trying to bless me, but I only want what God has for me. They do not live with me.
Hello Debra I know exactly what you mean about the new age Spirituality that many people are into these days and unfortunately deceived by it as I myself was for a short while. Its a shame how so many people are deceived and if only they would do a bit more research into the new age movement with a humble heart and seeking truth they would find out that it's false and takes many of its ideas from other religions and much occultic material that has been around for a very long time. These ideas have just been repackaged to deceive people there really is nothing new under the sun as they say. I hate living in this world knowing what I believe is the ultimate truth and not being able to convince people of that truth due to them being so heavily indoctrinated and brainwashed
1Corinthians 7:14 says For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.
So separating from your husband whom you have build a family with is not godly, unless if he committed adultery. People get saved at different stages in their lives. So you just continue to show him love and pray for his conversion without coersion because it has to come from his heart and mean it not just to please you. How you treat him will determine whether or not he will get saved. A God of love through you will draw him to Him at the appointed time. Also continue to intercede for ur kids to see the true light. This is so truthful, I remember and I'm taking back to a dream God gave me. It's so sad because so many Christians as the Lord said perish because of a lack of understanding. In one of my dreams I saw cardi b the rapper ( ex stripper) standing in front of a car. By the way she has gone on to be on many famous platforms and she has won several Grammys for her rebellious and awful music. In the dream I saw the whole entire youth behind her and her music started to play and the aggression, the anger and hostility started to come over them as they were listening to the music. I remember seeing some of them standing on top of cars and some of them were just antsy and down and ready for whatever ( in a bad sense) He said that certain artists carry a sound of a generation what the enemy wants to carry. And if you think back in the 60s it was the Beatles and then the 70s you had people like Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin and the Woodstock era and also the Manson murders that took place. It was hippie and free love. Then you have the '80s and you had certain movements rising up against the government. And then you had the '90s and now today it's crazy. You have artists like lizzo and cardi b and the rapper Travis that did the show in Texas and that mad stampede took place where many people died in his concert. There are some people that have been marked by the enemy to be used to bring forth a sound and is completely demonic and full of rage and anger. The other day I was pumping gas at Kroger and this woman was listening to either Nicki Minaj or cardi b and was completely in a different world putting her hands up and rocking back and forth in this aggressive motion. The enemy is preparing people to be down for whatever, that means it can be violence acts of rage, murder even traffic aggression on the street. I remember I was shopping and I heard this young woman cursing like a sailor beside her little daughter dropping f-bombs all over the place and I was so disgusted. I glanced at her but she looked at me like what's up! she was ready so I just looked away and I just was so troubled in my spirit and so sickened really at the condition of where we are today compared to where we were. That's how you know we are really getting close to the return of Jesus there is nothing more being hidden anymore.

I don't know how anyone could listen to that rap stuff. It's violent, f bombs all over the songs, disgraces women, degrades human beings. That stuff is surely straight out of the pits of hell. If I'm out in public and start to hear anything like that, I have to get away fast. I just have to protect my spirit. I can immediately sense the evil.

I’ve been praying for sanctification and closer intimacy. Over the last couple days I’ve heard God speaking about music and how certain music like gangster rap was bringing up bad spirits for me. Hey, no way.! No promise in the Bible is automatic. You have to receive it first and believe it deep inside, pray on the scripture and continue to declare it until you see the manifestation. Last night I went to the Bible Schools fundraiser & everything was ok until the live band began to play old school secular songs... Instantly the atmosphere change & I was disturb in my spirit by these worldly song's..... I renounce these secular sounds that was released & pray that the Blood of Jesus flush out ungodly sounds from my system in Jesus name....I loosen myself from ungodly satanic sounds in Jesus name Amen 🙏🙌✝️🔥....I thank God that I left not long after they started...

You can’t make a blanket statement that a person won’t lose their soul for listening to wicked music. It depends if they are new followers of the Lord and don’t know better, vs. someone who flat out disobeys and does know better. If we truly belong to Jesus we will serve Him with our whole heart mind and soul which means we will step into seeking Him first in our life or else constantly fulfill the lust of the flesh. There is only one way to not fulfill the lust of the flesh and that is to walk according to the spirit. Well, many would wonder how to do that. First be baptized in Jesus name, filled with the Holy Ghost, speaking in tongues. Once you have the Holy Ghost, you have the power of God living inside of you, convicting, weeding out the old man, and leading us to All Truth (Jesus),but we must follow. The Bible says man must not live by bread alone but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. That is the Word of God. The Bible says that it is alive (the word of God) and it is literally transforming you as you begin to read it every single day. In order to walk according to the spirit, we must read the word daily. There was a preacher who preached about the perfect pattern prayer which is the new testament way of praying the old testament Tabernacle. It starts off with thanking the Lord for all the things he’s done for us and giving praise, that’s how we enter his courts. And second we repent of everything and examine our heart and its intentions. We should take time here. Pray for others, ask the Lord to give you council in EVERY area of your life, pray for others, etc etc.

The Holy Ghost intercedes and helps you and guides you in prayer. There are 2 types of tongue speaking. Prophesying over the church body....it is interpreted to the congregation. The other is for you personally for praise and worship to our almighty God. Tongues are an ancient heavenly language
Speaking in tongues requires someone who can interpret those words. If no one interprets then they should be spoken in private to God alone.
Tongues is the lowest ranked Gift from the Holy Spirit. All spirits are to be tested. Receiving the Holy Spirit is on His time with patience just like the ones in the upper chamber..ON HIS TIME

This is absolutely fact. A missionary was in Africa years ago and his kids were listening to Metallica, and some of the townspeople asked him why his kids were “summoning the spirits”. I work in leasing apartments. I work with unsaved Latinas. They put on music videos in spanish while we are working. I get very agitated while it is on thinking it was because I don't understand the language. I looked up one day to see what this song was making me feel very agitated and anxious. I saw vampires sucking the blood from each other. They had blood running down their necks. I said out loud " I plead the blood of Jesus over me" I felt so sick to my stomach and felt weak and thought I was going to pass out. Once I said that I felt better. I ask the Holy Spirit to protect me everyday I have to go to work in that demon place. 😭 I pray the Lord sends a new path for me and I can be around fellow christians.
