That would've been comedy platinum! LOL! 😂😂😂 I could just picture it: Bailey calls, Nolan answers, Bailey proposes the ambulance hook-up... Gray would be looking at Nolan, with an expression that says: "If you even THINK about continuing this conversation, you're WALKING back to the station. And when you finally get there, you'll be lucky if I don't bust you back to P1!!!
At the daycare I work at, we charge $145 for the week: $94 for before- and after-school care and $47 for just before- or after-school care. We are in a small town in GA. So yeah, in a city like LA, it gets to be stupidly expensive.
20 years ago in Chicago one of my coworkers was paying $300/week with a $75 charge if you were late picking up your kid. I shudder to think what they charge now.
I mean, they spend 12 hr shifts in there. Might as well pass the time somehow That goes with any job where you need to talk to pass time. I once spend an entire morning discussing how we'd get a homemade longboat to the ocean and how to legally arm it to become freedom pirates.
I'm a single dad and I can agree but I was too busy laughing at 0:59 😂 It's also funny that the neighbor who helps me babysit is a teacher's aide I think going to school to be a teacher
Not a father but I did do babysitting duty for a neighbor. Helped me pay half my college debt after almost 2 years of babysitting their hyperactive 3 year old then 1 year old. Yes, I am dude. Sorry for the mistype.
I agree. I may not live in the US, but my relatives do. When they visit us here they would complain how expensive things are now vs 20 years ago. They told us about stretching a $20 bill at dollar stores to stretch out money for maybe 2 weeks, etc. Now, $20 gets you very little that only lasts maybe a day or two, tops.
0:55 some guys might say otherwise, some will deny it, but deep down in this situation every man would not hesitate to say yes if they were asked this question.
I love the irony that Nolan becomes a training officer to help change the LAPD, which is full of trigger-happy, unprofessional, bigoted officers; and yet his first rookie is a Hispanic young woman who is a lot more liberal than he will ever be.
I think that's the biggest thing, though. Celina is an idealist through and through, and there are so many TOs out there who would rather tear her down until she becomes just as bad as they are. But John is different. He has this rookie who's more liberal than him, and he is okay with it. He helps nurture her best traits and corrects her mistakes and bad behaviour, but never disrespects her as a person or tells her what she should and shouldn't believe. Put simply, he doesn't treat her like just another boot standing in the way of a promotion. She's his friend and his student, and he wants to make sure that she becomes the best officer she can be.
payed babysitters? what do you think grandparrents are for? my brothers and i would stay with friends or family when mom and dad were out. or my uncle would come over and we would have pizza fort dinner. and as a babysitter, i charge one meal (prefrebly pizza) for each shift, consisting of either an afternoon, or an evening. meaning lunch and dinner, if i am to do both.
Grey acting like he doesn't listen to these group chats when he's at his desk
It's already confirmed that he does. He chimed in at the end of Lopez and Harper's delivery chat a few seasons back.
@@seakc87 I think he was just upset a cop was bbadmouthing their pay right in front of him

Imagine if Grey was riding with Nolan, those reactions would be pure comedy gold right there🤣🤣

Selena and Nolan's reaction is priceless!😂😂
Selena be like : I take care of the "shop" while you do the business, sir !
Yeah, she's cracking up, and he's just into the scheduling.
That is not a phone call I would forget easily if someone heard it 🤣. At least Celina was understanding, though she was totally ready to burst.
LMAO, I burst out laughing at that scene.
More like a booty call kink 😅😂😂
Same😂
Ready to burst? Better to rephrase
When I was watching this my mom walked in the moment the call started
Rookie has three major innovations that previous cop dramas didn't: backup channel group chats, bodycam POV's and T.O. unit competitions!
Grey was like what the hell is going on here 😂😂
He seemed genuinely offended that Lucy had made more money as a babysitter than as a cop 😂
I swear his expression was screaming, "Seriously? Even when I'm IN YOUR SHOP?"
🤣 the car scenes in Almost Human were great too, "You're warming my coffee..." ☕
THE GREATEST sci-fi detective show.
I loved that show. Stupid Fox cancelling all the great sci-fi shows.

I’m pretty sure for a daycare in my country it’s free or almost free prices
Celina was listening to her parents talking about making a baby 😈😈😈
it's hilarious Celina feels relaxed enough to fall asleep listening to them bicker. lol
@Zhajn John & Bailey should basically adopt Celina at this point!!!
Nolan’s reaction 😂
Funniest clip ever! 🤣🤣🤣
No, the Chatlie Bristow clip was funniest!!
Bailey: How do you think about having sex in an ambulance?
Me: Yes ma’m
There’s gotta be at least one or two real cops that have talks like this in their shop
As a cop most chats are funnier and weirder but never go over radio
I mean...don't we all talk shit at our jobs if no one is around? No reason why cops would be different
One or two? Nah probably a lot more
