I was really disappointed that the campaign was so short, I beat the whole thing within a couple hours and was thinking " That was it?" I really hope they add more to it as time goes by.

I don't know if you've seen the trailers, but there's gonna be a new dlc releasing on June 14 which features 4 new dinosaurs, 1 new chaos theory challenge, and a few more hours of the campaign.

As dangerous as it is, I like the idea of Jurassic facilities on the mainland. Imagine how expensive going to Isla Nublar & Las Cinco Muertes would be for working & middle class families. Most people can't even afford to go to Disney World or Disneyland.
Jurassic park was always a park intended for people with money, and also, there is a differencd between going to see people in costumes and a park were literall dinosaurs are cloned

I love how despite there being 5 environment types, the different exact locations have certain tweaks to make them even more different (the orange trees, the lighting differences)
Also to my surprise I’m super excited for the alpine biome
Yeah i'm also really excited for this game. I really hope Carnivore's only kill for food and not for fun though... I would really love to make a sort of ecosystem in these new bigger maps

Playing the first Jurassic world I damn near cried when one of my Ceratour's got sick and died. When it's health got too low it laid down to go to sleep and then later his hp went to 0 and just died in his sleep. I get attached to my dinosaurs =P

My ex-step-dads mom had a house on the side of Camel Back Mountain, looking west over Paradise valley and lemme tell you I wish EVERY DAY that I was still there. It was GORGEOUS. I could have just sat out there on that porch forever, watching the sun set every day.

Just finished the campaign myself, but it definitely didn't feel like one. This was just a tutorial! I had a blast with it for sure and plenty of awesome new things/features, but that was not a campaign for me. Haven't played the other modes yet, but absolutely hyped to see what they will bring!🦖

To be honest, I feel like the campaign was supposed to be a tutorial. I think that with the delay of dominion they had to push their plans back.
Atm for me challenge mode probably is going to be the most likely to bring the spark of the original back the chaos theory ones are too restricting and straight forward and sandbox has no challenge

Ya know, a theory popped into my head cannon and that is this, larger dinosaurs can't live in the current state of the world, the oxygen isn't pure enough and the general pressure of the air isn't high enough to force enough air into the bigger dinosaurs lungs for respiration. Ingen would have had to alter them to make those systems stronger and perhaps higher blood pressure to force oxygen to the extremities (making them more reactive/aggressive too eh?). Dunno, shower thought.

3:19 Yes, Troodon (the tooth) was reassigned as a stenonychosaur since its only a tooth and teeth arent good indicators that something is a new species (especially if they are so similar to the teeth from other dinosaurs)

Let me ask you this, if a troodon existed because of the remains of a tooth (which it isn't really much evidence at all) what difference would have make if the tooth wasn't a troodon.
It would not make any impact on reality because dinosaurs are extinct and we never find any complete specimens except a few examples like T.rex.
Most fossils are only found with a few shattered bones, teeth and skull. How would you know if these bones could belong to any dinosaur. I think a troodon should still exist anyway with/without evidence because if you find a small piece of evidence and claim it's troodon.

I counted in the beginning, when he was naming all the dinosaurs he got 3 wrong 1 he said with confidence. He called huyangosaurus kentrosaurus, proceratosaurus monolophosaurus, olorotitan lambeosaurus. Note: I not trying to hate on James and want to thank him for making wonderful content for us to enjoy!
Give this man a medal for having the memory of a god cause he can remember the dinosaurs like his abcs but I can’t even remember my brothers birthday.
They should have worked more on making it a real wildlife reserve park manager. That is more in line with the movies, trying to make wildlife reserves for dinosaurs to make them live along with humanity. That would have been cool. I'm going to try that with the campaign. Let's see if it works.
Haven't looked at the gameplay yet but considering everything they've done with the game, I really can't blame them for missing out on some things

I'm hoping there's a continuation of the campaign mode during/after Dominion comes out but overall, I liked the changes that have been made to the game. The campaign itself could've been more but at least it was different from the repetition of the first game. Looking forward to Chaos Mode
Considering dominion is the last movie, i doubt there gonna be much to add on for jurassic park/world series.

I’m so glad that the campaign is short I hated how long it took me to actually be able to enjoy sandbox

It would be nice if the dinosaurs had a collapsing animation for when they fall asleep and get the tranq affect. Also more interaction animation, possibly even between different species that can tolerate and live with each other (there could be interactions between Ankylosaurs and Paras because they like each other.)

I see what the developers intended in terms of the word "campaign"; they wanted a "story" that bridges the gap between Fallen Kingdom and Dominion. The only problem is that when we look at that "campaign" mode, we're used to other games with a story that fits into the game, whereas this "campaign" is a story between stories.
Don't get me wrong, I still think they screwed the pooch royally with the campaign mode, but I see what they were thinking, to be fair.
I remember when you were waiting for your 1 million subs, feels so long ago, I have watched you on 2 or 3 accounts and I love your vids so much and you have helped me to be happy during the Summer when I'm bored.

I love the first one im still playing it today cant wait to try this one with water and flying dino. The ONLY thing i find missing is outside decorations like benches , lamp posts, flowers, fountains stuff like that.

In my opinion, they should just stick to this for at least 8 years and just keep improving this game, add many more dino interactions among each other etc. Playing this game should also be like a movie itself as watching the dinosaurs react to it's environment is half the fun.

Also take in to account there was originally 3 however one died in the Jurassic world series. So if she looked the one up and it died that means there is one left and that one is probably the one that made it off the island

I think that there are technically 2 campaigns, this one and the chaos theory scenarios.

20 minutes in and loving this :) definitely gonna get the game on Tuesday. Trying the Challenge Modes in the first game in the meantime. Easy Mode for now :)
Honestly I think this campaign mode is perfectly fine. I see it as more of a tutorial than anything. Like you said, the first campaign was way too long and too tedious, so this is a big improvement. The only thing I’d change is the lack of aquatics.
