    This is stupid. I have two-step verification enabled. They want to verify by sending a text, but my service has lapsed -.-' so I can't login to renew because I cannot receive a text. Dumb. Why isn't there an email option!? 😖 Am I missing something here? 🧐

    So I paid my quarterly bill for both phones and I informed Mint I am switching carriers. Couple days later last Thursday to be exact. Young lady gets on the phone and tells me they are going to refund the money I had paid the week before and it should be credited back in my account by Saturday. Saturday nothing, so I call today and now they're telling me that they're not going to refund the money I paid for the next 3 months. Why did you people tell me that if you had no Intention of doing the right thing. If you people at Mint need the money that bad so be it. Btw your honor with me is in the shitter. 3 months service bought and paid for wasted. Had the had the decency to tell me I would've stayed until the bill was due again.

    Thanks for having the worst reps and referral programs. Got screwed out of $60 because your reps couldn't figure out the difference between Share The Love and Refer and Friend. Glad that +10 reps, over 3 months, continually told me I would receive $45 for each referral and that they should just use the Share The Love sim cards. Literally no one at your company is willing to take care of a customer for their own lack of training. Why refer anyone to a company like this? Why as a customer would I refer friends to a program that credits me $60 less and lock those customers out from being eligible for the actual Refer A Friend program. Why say anything good about your company?
