Random rant. Whoever came up with Betsy REALLY didn't think it through. Why play a worse version of Bravo. When he LL's it's not like there will be excitement over shifting to Betsy when the two previous guardians with similar abilities, Starvo and Bravo were just so much better... and it's not even like Bravo is even that great currently even.
Honestly who knows. They said the same thing about arakni at a point. They usually have some idea of where they want to go. This is part of what I like about LSS. The cards that were deemed bad at one point usually have their time to shine
They have a philosophy of not every Hero or deck archetype needs to be "done" when it's released. Not really a fan tbh but it is what it is. Doesn't really matter that Bravo isn't currently great, they think dominate being so accessible is toxic. They have a habit of banning/limiting things they think are badly designed, even if they aren't OP.
