AM is just a crazy hero with that mana burn. Even Medusa gets deleted fast. Shouldn't be called Anti Mage, more like Anti Mana.

I’ve been playing this build since 2018 as AM offlane rushing into vanguard and dominating the game, pressuring their core, making space by taking their jungle and forcing multiple enemy heroes to engage, it will only work if your AM has vanguard and tanky enough to withstand incoming dmgs and early killing combos, then you can build either AM hybrid with longevity and dmg items depending on the line up or go basic carry split push AM and join teamfights on the right time
Very situational, just like when enemy cote is medusa where you only pick AM offlane.

skitter sven gyro has insane hero dps, every game top to 40k, he is always able to find the backline, even in this game u can see skitter finding titan allowing their team to have more dps than the other, ATF is a very greedy player, and skitter is able to farm with another farmer impressive.
another example, arteezy well known best farmer, but once the other player plays very greedy like nightfall, arteezy became the worst farming carry
I don't they even needed am, skitter was 3 shotting 7 slotted dusa
Still Skiter could be disabled in clash esp with Kunkka and ET skills, but when they picked AM problem on that side is gone.
am is good for reducing the farm timing of medusa, don't want her to snowball too fast
It was mentioned later that the AM offlane pick was problematic coz on top of heavily countering Medusa, they now have to deal with 2 scaling hard carries and Tundra simply can't win any fights decisively if they can't kill both Skitter's Sven and Ammar's AM.

He played the Offlane role AM fine. It's usually carry AM that needs to play almost flawlessly to win. You guys are comparing pos 1 AM when he's doing the dirty work of a pos 3 AM that farms far less and has to be active almost immediately post-laning phase.
