I SEE HEARSES AS A VERY UNIQUE CAR THEY ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES THAT PEOPLE DON'T THINK ABOUT I RODE IN A HEARSE IT WAS FUN AND I LEARNT SOMETHING ABOUT HEARSES I FOLLOWED UP WITHIT
Great video, I'm glad to see they were all Caddies. I'm a chevy man and caddies are my choice for classic luxury. Nothing compares looks or driving wise
@@resetsetmefree478 the '57 Chevy hearse is awesome. I've seen one in person at an all tri 5 show where they had a '57 6 door stretch limo,a '57 wagon shorter limo plus a 57 hearse I remember well since my dream car is a '55 belair and most of the cars at the show were 57s
@@rscamarolover yep and all of these I think, especially the ones made by both GM and Chrysler are definitely worth preserving. I so admire the folks who are into hearses and they tend to be so misunderstood by people, it's such a significant part of automotive history especially here in the USA. as far as the today's Chevy hearses ...I don't think they are all that.... they're built on the suv type Traverse and Suburban platforms and are very boxy looking 🤮
@@resetsetmefree478 There are definitely many people who don't even want to see a hearse and call them death cars ,they don't kill people or cause their death unless they are ran over and killed by someone driving one. They are super cool vehicles and nothing scary about them to me. I have only had one hearse she was a 70 panel suburban hearse , my dad had 68 and 72 suburban 3 doors at the time and 8 wanted a 67-72 suburban or panel truck and traded my 66 chevy c10 straight across and was stoked. I have seen 05-08 magnum wagons made into hearses I'd buy one . I love my 06 magnum wagon and I also have 4 suburbans that I drive right now,a 99,03,07 and 2010 and you probably think the 07 & 2010 are boxy but I like suburbans, station wagons, hearses, vans ,3rd Gen camaros and caddies of all vintage , I have a mid engined 69 chevy van and very surprised they use vans as coroner vehicles but rarely ever used as a hearse. When I buy another hearse I want a 71-76 Caddie hearse I love the hearses, fleetwoods, sedan devilles and even coupes , I have toy caddie hearses and ambulances in my Caddie toy collection most are Ghostbusters cars
@@rscamarolover ghostbusters lol 😆 I've seen an ad for a 1948 Buick Roadmaster hearse in need of quite a bit of top tier restoration and man some of those 1940s ones were Huge!!
When I was in grade school in the mid 60s, one of the 5th grade teachers husband was a mortician. He would drop off his wife ( the teacher) every morning in a hearse.
these are my dream car what cool would it to have is a hearse not just a ordinary looking hearse a kinda hearse only Lucifer would love pentagram spinner with hydraulics devils head hood ornament on both sides of the hearse have a holographic upside down cross with Jesus with bleeding eye's And on the back of the hearse would be a saying with wings kiss my fallen angle wings inside would be red and black leather interior and with life size coffin speaker's that is my dream hearse car only a car a devil would love and when I die it be taking me to my funnel with my eye's open let the dead see and most of all i wanna be buried eyes open so I can see even when I am gone in the afterlife

Hearses have very low milage because of what they're used for
.With all due respect to Cadillac, are there any Lincoln's to interview?
At one time in my lifetime, Packard hearses were commonplace - as common as Cadillac.
