The description says you used automatic shifting. The gear ratios of this car are fixed, cannot be changed. When I tried the automatic gearbox, the gears were selected (regardless to my will) very early (which costs a LOT of lap time). 2nd at 86 km/h, 3 at 120, 4 at 143, 5 at 168, 6 at 205, 7 at 240, and 8 at 275 (tried it twice - same shifting points). Going from T2, your car selects 3 at 130, 4 at 154, 5 at 185, 6 at 211, 7 at 252, and 8 at 296. How do you keep the gears engaged longer? Since the shifting points change during the lap, it looks like you shifted manually.
Automatic shifting behaviour is partially set or programmed by the developer of the car and very complex. Automatic shifting behaves much different on for example Formula Alpha 2023. Probably offsets of max revs. And TC plays a role. I also have noticed that I sometimes get different setup options as a controller user that are not available for players with a steering wheel.

RSS Formula Hybrid is noCSP by default. It runs physics just like any other car that runs in Assetto Corsa. CSP version only runs through Content Manager with CSP (Custom Shaders Patch). My channel is focussed on simracing with controller. AC on PS4 cannot run CM.

Setup and use the overtake button strategically over a lap.
