The movie's phenomenal. Sure, the magic logic is flawed, but it's an animated family movie about two brothers growing up without a dad. It's sad and speaks to a demographic of viewers that haven't seen much representation before.
So, for the pixies, in the movie they address that their ancestors were “lazy” and stopped flying so they all had given it up. Also, Barley tells Ian that to do magic you have to have the gift, which isn’t universal.
flying is very useful. So is magic btw. It takes our hero one day to learn magic at a very advanced level and yet people thought it was too much of a hassle to learn? This entire world building reads like a first draft. It could make sense if it took 5 years to even reach the level of lighting a candle, but training hard for ONE day and be able to hurl lightning, catch heavy objects with magic and literally walk on nothing? Technology would never develop in a place where it takes a week to achieve arch-mage status.
I don’t think it’s a magical thing, it’s more like a biological thing, they already have wings on and it’s not like their wings are atrophying because they are lazy by weaker or smaller they look normal to me

2. Last action hero
3. mulholland drive
I understand you have a lot of requests but man would it make me happy to see you do 1 or all of these 3. Thank you for your work you a hilarious, keep it up.
Haven't watched the movie due to the virus closing every cinema in the city
This is such a touching movie...
Yeah, touching crotches is TIGHT!
"So I was thinking..."
"Nice"...LOL
Time for screen rant to get 250x their normal viewership
When I first saw the trailer for this movie I thought I had no interest on seeing it .
After watching this pitch meeting video I am totally sure I will not see it , not even for free .
thank you guys . :)
My feelings exactly.
Concur
Watching a Pitch Meeting that makes us decide not to see the movie is TIGHT.
The movie is actually pretty good guys
The movie's phenomenal. Sure, the magic logic is flawed, but it's an animated family movie about two brothers growing up without a dad. It's sad and speaks to a demographic of viewers that haven't seen much representation before.
'So I was thinking' 'Nice'. One of the best lines I've ever heard.
Disney makes any character: "And their parents are dead...."
There’s one thing these pitch meetings surely don’t need: cowbells.
I have no so many questions, and yet I have none
I’ve got a fevah...
Cesor:I got you man
beansdad70 and the only prescription is more cowbell
So, for the pixies, in the movie they address that their ancestors were “lazy” and stopped flying so they all had given it up. Also, Barley tells Ian that to do magic you have to have the gift, which isn’t universal.
yeah but flying can't be more work than climbing on each other to reach tall obstacles
flying is very useful.
I don’t think it’s a magical thing, it’s more like a biological thing, they already have wings on and it’s not like their wings are atrophying because they are lazy by weaker or smaller they look normal to me
Ugh... one of those people
That settles it, this isn't a terrible story idea!
Every Pitch Meeting catchphrase
-So, you have a movie for me?
Yes, sir. I do!
-Super easy, barley an inconvenience
-TIGHT!
-Yeah, yeah, yeah
-Wow, wow, wow, wow
-Whoops
Whoopsie!
-Why?
Because/I don’t know
Fair enough!/That works
-Oh my God!
-I need you to get ALL the way off my back
Oh, let me get off of that thing
Um, yeah. So?
you have seen the pitch meeting pitch meeting, yes?
Reading this was super easy barely an inconvenience
Also when Screenwriter says something crazy, and Producer goes “oh my god”
Well OK then.
Why are these Pitch Meetings so perfect
"Pixar runs on tears".
I'm not going to lie I ugly cried at the end of this movie.
Absolutely love this movie. One of my new favorites from Pixar
I have to admit 4:50 made me stop breathing for a moment. It also took some seconds for me to get back to reality. XD
"Quoted lines from the video"
Oh, quoting lines from the video is tight!
"expecting to get thousands of likes from using an unoriginal comment format"
@@levioneal4826 expecting to get thousands of likes from using an unoriginal comment format is tight!
Tuncs Alive369 yeah it’s super easy, barley an inconvenience!
“I guess she was right on the edge.”
She works in a restaurant, so…. Yeah. Lol.
These literally never ever fail to disappoint 🥰
That means they disappoint every time 😂
John wick: he only survived because so many people around him broke rules.
Me: Wow, these Pitch Meetings must be really tough to make!
Screen Rant: Actually, super easy! Barely an inconvenience!
WE RUN ON TEARS. Needs to be on a t-shirt, stat.
I would buy that.
and disney will sell it to you for 40 bucks
Reginald Downs
That a bit low for their standards
@@JP_Crimson That's the Black Friday price. Regular price would be closer to $65.
The "we run on tears" part scared the ish outta me... like legit 💯🤦🏽♂️
“We run on tears.”
9 months later, me watching Soul: 😐
YYYUP! That movie was also top notch!
Soul was superb
Oh, filtering the things you say are tight is TIGHT!
Yeah yeah yeah
I just realized that since I discovered pitch meetings in the beginning of 2019 I haven't watch a single movie before I watch a pitch meeting for it, no matter the spoilers
2 brother tried to revive their mom- ah I mean, their dad and it failed, so now they have to travel to find a mystical stone to fix it? oh I have not heard that bef*FMA*ore
Yea, this is sadly an insult to anime fans.
It's taking that formula and make it into a kids Disney film and just name it something else
Yeah, but do you really want Disney to touch FMA? Really? Because I don't.
@@JordanWheeler1999 jeez, FMA is a classic for sure . it's one lf the best animes, but c'mon just seeing it as an insult for no reason. this is a kids movie , this is made for kids . but making it kid-friendly is an insult??? that doesn't have any logic behind. it's just a movie about brothers bond at a very basic level through and through. while fma deals with more adult themes while still being a teenage show . they know what they are. it would be an insult if it mocks the show any way butttt it clearly doesn't
Just let them copy or do whatever...
Don't let them touch the holy land of Anime/manga...
Hollywood should keep their paws of Anime /manga, that's all I have to ask...
@@rohithkumar8708
Disney has a bad track record when copying other studios work it is a massive insult when it comes to copying to something when they dont credit them for it.
You probably dont care but i do.
Disney doesnt care of what anybody thinks as long as they get the green green
I'm so thankful for these pitch meeting videos
"I have some questions...."
"PLEASE don't ask them!"
"Oh, okay, I'll keep them to myself."
LMAO!
I love these so much.
"Friendship is Magic" 🌈
Pitch Meeting
My Little Pony 💖
So why didn't the super magical princesses stop the evil unicorn directly?
There wouldn't be a movie, sir, AND we do need those toys from those bronies.
Oh, nevermind, carry on.
@@mikemagnus9447 Thats super brony ,
barely an incovenience 😄
The mom got a centaur boyfriend hmm. Guess she wanted to really ride a stallion
Bonafide... Stallion... 🎵
"it's not an animated movie without something that isn't a dog acting like a dog"
SOOOOOO TRUUUUUUE!!!
And also it's mandatory to have a dance off toward the end of the movie
I gotta say, i discovered this series today and I love the "barely an inconvenience" peppering.
