Hello! i have question. What is the difference between Bass restornation a EQ? I have weird issues in my car. I fight long time with this, nothing helped. Issue: RCA output voltage loosing, and weak bass. All options hecked and nothing work... So, This is my last resort. Can me help The equalizer itself? or i must get a bass procesor restornation? I know that EQ help the voltage, but Will it help improve bass sound? (Bass is noo dep, is empty, not loud, sometimes bass can be amazing). Thanks!
Incorrect. Epicenter is first in line. Epicenter is before EQ or x-over. Here is the video from the people who make the unit. ruclips.net/video/2yAX9xIeuQo/видео.html
Epicenter has such a high signal to noise ratio that it improves cheap decks output, and it covers the full spectrum of human audio hearing capabilities
I have a digital bass processor that I want to install but currently have two amps running from my deck. A 4 channel to the front and rear speakers and a mono block running to my subs. To which amp do I fit this bass enhancer in between?
This is wrong! Its very clear that the setup is headset/EQ - Crossover (if installed) - Epicenter - Amplifier. ruclips.net/video/2yAX9xIeuQo/видео.htmlsi=e8jV8vP97Ww-8gl6
Epicenter and lc2i both works on different principles. Epicenter made for music that doesn't have Bass (eg old music made in 70's). Where lc2i restore the bass in factory systems, when you install aftermarket speakers and subs using amps.
@@fastquickaudio5890 by connecting the low out put converter to a speaker first that way you can get a signal from the radio then that low pass converter you're going to want to hook that up to the EQ where it says Main in that's the only one that should see me in you hook it up there then you get a RCA cable and put it where it says sub out and run that to the input rcas from the epicenter then from the epicenter you hook it up to the input rcas from the amp make sure youre not clilping your stuff tho... youre welcome
@@rt_life8478 Hi buddy, if you can please watch this video and let me know if my connections are still wrong. ruclips.net/video/2yAX9xIeuQo/видео.html . This video is from Audio control who sell epicenter.
@@fastquickaudio5890 on this video its not correct but the video in the link video from audio control I just watched it and It looks good it's correct 💯 how ever im having problems with mine i hsve the same exact epicenter and it seems like my sundown audio sae v.3 2000w rms @ 1ohm is not happy with the epicenter yesterday white thin smoke came out of my amplifier could be a resistor or capacitor im not sure i unplugged the rca cables coming from my epicenter and just plugged in the rca cables coming from my low pass output rca converter and unplugged my remote control knob for my amp turned down the gain on. The amp and its running fine hasnt made no smoke i dont know but im going to buy the sundown salt 2000.1 amd try that out cause it seems like this amp DOES NOT HANDLE THE POWER FOR LONG i DONT THINK its the epicenter that is causing the problem!!!! this is my second amp same one first one did the same thing amd jist eventually stopped giving current to my subs the protect light was not on at all amps seem fine but inside thats the problem if anyone knows about sundown if they suck let me know what model from sundown is best yes id prefer fosgate or kicker but people say sundown is better which i believe but its they are a pain in the butt....... the amps are... not the subs the subs seem to do great so im going to give the epicenter another try with the salt amp and go from there now if that happens where smoke comes out of that new amp then forget about it clearly sundown and audio control do not go together any one whos had this problem or have seen it please let me know thanks
@@rt_life8478 sorry but that’s totally incorrect. The epicenter is not a bass booster so it doesn’t connect to a sub out of an EQ. The epicenter is a bass restoration that takes the missing bass signals and recreates them one octave lower. It NEEDS a full range input to work correctly, and not a crossed over low frequency signal. It won’t work properly unless it has the full range signal to process, and you will get a very incorrect signal to your amp. That could explain why in your lower posts you talk about white smoke coming out of your amplifiers. I suggest that you try connecting everything the way Audiocontrol recommends and try again. I’ve probably installed 40-50 epicenters in the last 20 years and have never had any issues and they all work incredible. The creator is this video has shown the correct way to install it.
I have an aftermarket headunit that goes into an equalizer then the rca cables go to the amps. There is no Epicenter. Would you happen to know if I run the remote wire from the headunit to the equalizer and then back to the amps?
U can connect em however u want as ling as they are all connevted to head unit, there is no soecific order.. i havent seen a single person thats connectcted an eq correctly including guy in this vide
That adapter he has there is for the headunit. It is done right.
The eq should be connected before the epicenter
You were right look at it wrong
According to Audio control, the Epic center should be first
You are right, tried it both ways and it’s after the eq
Correct, epicenter is always first before any other device..
@@beekaye1496yes that what they say remember the eq has a level of voltage on the input side and the epicenter has different voltage out put
Can you do one with aftermarket deck, epicenter, EQ, external digital processor & amplifier?
well, I can try.

I think, problem with bass is Standing waves, but how, i can do eliminate this?
I don't see what is feeding the Epicenter input. U supposed to attach the headunit to the input of epicenter.
No ur not, u bring line fromchead unit to equalizer than bridge out to all amps after that!! None of u idiots know how to connect systems😂
Is there link for part 2 LOC2I
There is no other video on lc2i yet.
@@fastquickaudio5890 alright thanks
Que desmadre de cables...
Part 2 with the lc2i?
part 2 uploading tomorrow, stay Tuned 😀
LC7i would be nice
Idk why he did that 😂😂 he gone blow them mids and highs out😂😂😂
This is wrong it should be in this order car stereo equalizer, epicenter then amplifier and the epicenter can only be used for the sub woofer
Incorrect. Epicenter is first in line. Epicenter is before EQ or x-over. Here is the video from the people who make the unit. ruclips.net/video/2yAX9xIeuQo/видео.html
You are wrong epicenter needs full range signal. Its epicenter to equalizer
Equ to xover xover to amps
You are so wrong epicenter needs to be the first thing after the deck
Epicenter has such a high signal to noise ratio that it improves cheap decks output, and it covers the full spectrum of human audio hearing capabilities

Nice EQ. Hard to find any, anymore..
May be Available on Amazon
Not really,,,ebay Amazon and they're really cheap
Bro feeding the entire input with bass frequency
That is the only way to use Epicenter.
😂
Why “rear out” and not “sub out”?
Sorry can you please elaborate your question!!
Reverse signal path 😢.

Hi R D, Yes you can connect remote wire from headunit to equalizer and from EQ to Amps.
It's always advisable to connect all the remote wires together this will help all your devices turn on and off from the head unit
