At 3:07 - The world's worst take off. He should have released about 4 times! He is lucky he didn't break a boom or worse! Bottom line, if you drag a wingtip immediately release. It just isn't worth trying to recover just to save a tow.

Ye, it was crazy unexpected fail. The man holding a wing was down at the start

Was he? During first seconds of launch, ailerons seem to be deplyoed "fully to the left", at 3:32 again, "full left". I just cannot explain it other than as a poor airmanship.
