When Dimash was in China at the I'm Singer competition he was asked to give his fandom a name. On Weibo the Chinese social media Dimash wrote: „I'll call you 'dear' from now on, OK? Dear! Dear! Dear! Dear! Dear!"
There is something special about it. He repeated „Dear" 5 times. It's according to a Kazakh tradition. When in Kazakhstan a baby is born and is getting its name then one of the elders tells the newborn its name 5 times. The fandom was born and Dimash repeated the name that we were given 5 times. It was on 30th January 2017.
Meanwhile this date is our birthday called Dearsday and we Dears celebrate our birthday all around the world. Even Sveta the mother of Dimash sends us congratulation greetings on our day. It's so unique, special and precious. It emphasizes the bond between Dimash and Dears. It's really strong.
One of the security nightmare scenes was at his concert in New York.
The concert in the rain was the Emei Mountain Festival in which Dimash participated and sang just a few songs. About 30 minutes long. It’s on RUclips not officially recorded but a compilation of quite good fan cam recordings. It’s definitely worth a reaction. I love it and it’s one of my favorites.

You may think it's the country that is the difference between the respect but it's not. It's Dimash that is the difference. The first stage jump off shown was actually his New York concert and he came off stage twice in that concert. The worst thing that happened to him was a kiss on the cheek. As Dimash was preparing to jump from the stage in a concert in 2022 he was grabbed by the thigh by a fan who ended up apologising profusely because she was vilified by the fandom.
There's loads of footage of him wandering through airports surrounded by fans and he's in total control, even to the point of protecting his Dears from over zealous airport security.
He recognises familiar faces, asks about their lives, their families, laughs and teases. It's getting harder for him as he becomes more famous but even in the US he gets treated with the utmost respect.

In one video a flower dropped as Dimash was trying to hold them all. He picked it up, kissed it, and added it to the bundle!

The fact that the Dears can approach the stage and have some contact with Dimash is because he allows it, he is very affectionate and respectful of his fans, therefore the answer is to return that affection and admiration with flowers, gifts, also beautiful words in the same way. Dimash does his best to receive every sign of admiration in the best way. This is already a habit and the people on his team are prepared and attentive to this in each presentation. Thank you gentlemen so much! I absolutely love this episode and the one about Concerts, which I believe is next. They are all great ways to get a much better glimpse of who Dimash is, but some are so much fun ❤. My 4 years old nice has become a Dear recently and now she tries to force her little cat to listen to Dimash too and she is very disappointed that the cat does not approve. That s how we Dears are: we want others to become Dears too and we feel pain if those we love do not love Dimash. 😅

There is an episode in this video - a famous performance
Dimash in the rain. It was the "Mount Emei Music Festival" in China. It started raining during the concert and the audience was not afraid of the bad weather and waited for Dimash's performance for ten hours because it was the last one at this festival. Dimash was given an umbrella during the performance, but he refused it and said, "I don't need it, because I'm with my fans."
Dimash posted a video of the performance, signing it with the words "Thousands of hearts beat in unison" ... "It seems that the concert was fun, despite the pouring rain. Thanks to all the fans who waited for me in the rain for ten hours."

Моя подруга, которая не является поклонником творчества Димаша, была в Лондоне как раз в период его концерта. Дай, думает, схожу на концерт земляка. Села такая в зале, шлет мне всякие маленькие видео. Я к тому времени еще не была ни на одном концерте Димаша.
Я у нее спрашиваю, как атмосфера? Она говорит, пока непонятно.
Спустя некоторое время после начала концерта она пишет: «Ты знаешь, его действительно любят» 😇 Это трезвый, незашоренный взгляд человека, который просто смотрел на все со стороны.
Атмосфера и перед концертом на Пре-пати, и на самом концерте, и после, неописуемая какая-то.
И даже вне концертов люди общаются, ездят друг к другу в гости, продолжают поддерживать друг друга, искренне скорбят о тех, кто уходит в другой мир.
Да. Как мы уже часто объясняем, что может быть общего между разными людьми. Because of Dimash ☺️

I remember seeing him on state tv singing with a drummer and guitarist he, we were about 16, Americans living in Kazakhstan, my sister had a heck of a crush, our parents friends, my Dad still calls him "rock n roll boy" to tease us ! She and several friends went to uni with him, those are some stories, he's a character. Dedicated, driven, funny ! and always a gentleman. A favorite memory is his running out of stagewear in China, on The Singer, no one expected him to keep winning ! "Miss Sveta", (his Mom) called emergency ! neighbors, family, friends, The Great Clothing Hunt And Expedition began, one end of Kazakhstan to the other ! Hes 6'3" and was skinny ! Clothes overnighted from God knows where, hats, accessories, belts, shoes flying everywhere, we'll do anything for him ! he had to be on tv singing in front of millions, my Mom calling friends in LA New York, one week to learn each song, she saying Good grief ! next we'll be setting up looms and weaving his clothes ! He better like this hat ! How we all laughed, our boy. 👋🤣
