The first one looks like the pokemon sun and moon style animation. If Undertale were to become an anime, I hope that's the style they use. It looks awesome!

I wish Undertale was never a game. I'm still really confused on how the game links to anime... How does a really ugly game that people put no effort in to it... Turn into anime?! Its just really dumb. I am not trying to offend anyone here, I am just confused on all this UnderTale crap.
Mr Melon I think it's the fanart they receive. There are a bunch of fanart look like or has an anime style or fan-made stories has anime style like 0:22. Maybe that's why they want it to be an anime. Although, I wouldn't call the game effortless. It is a simple game with simple style but the music/soundtrack, battle, and story are good, in my opinion.
