    Really helpful , I was searching for several days to find brief and concise videos regarding Euler's and Timoshenko's theories .Finally I found a perfect channel.

      Thanks that is fine ,but if some day you get free time then it would be better to make a slighter detailed video on that, and if you make a comparative video of force based and displacement based methods of structural analysis and also to give an insight of where and why to use a particular method, in what type of problems of structural analysis, then that would be a master piece .I searched but didn't find such a video in youtube.

      Sure Fawad, I will do that soon. Generally, the force method is good when you have an indeterminate structure with one additional unknown, where you apply a compatibility condition to obtain an additional equation. Displacement based methods like the direct stiffness method is good for solving indeterminate structures which can have many unknowns, and is the basis of the finite element method.

    Is the kAG[theta - (dv/dx)] = V the part for timoshenko beam?

      Yep. The only equation for the Euler-Bernoulli beam is the moment-curvature equation, which does not consider shear effects.
