Bouillabaisse Recipe:
Fish Carcasses - 1 kg
White / Yellow Onions - 3 small bulbs
Fennel (Outer Layers) - 2 small bulbs
Celery - 3 to 4 stalks
Carrots - 3 small pieces
Tomatoes - 8 pieces
Fennel Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Ground Saffron - 0.25 teaspoon
Sea Salt - 1 tablespoon
Dry White Wine - 0.5 bottle
Fish Stock - Enough to cover ingredients
Rouille Recipe:
Egg Yolk - 1 no
Garlic Cloves - 2 pieces
Ground Saffron - 0.25 teaspoon (steeped in 1 tablespoon of hot water)
Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 0.25 cup
White Bread - 1 piece; or Potato - 1 piece (cooked, peeled and diced)
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon Хобби
