The whole ethos of Steph Matt and Ian are mostly older everyday day cars .and rustival reflected that perfectly. If you want ferrari etc then its not really for you.
That is pretty much what I said - I even used the word ethos. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it but the cars were less my thing. But it’s ok to have different tastes.
@@SportsandGT I was expecting it to be an early spring Festival of the Unexceptional type event, but it’s great that it adds another even to the calendar. My XJS and LeMans hatchback would have fitted in well together!
some interesting cars in there, but far too many modern cars in that show.
It was an “anything goes” show to be fair but sometimes a bit of spectacle helps

Not much evidence of rust there. It looked a bit bland to me.
I guess the name was too good to pass up but it was a celebration of whatever people owned, rusty or not, old or not, interesting or not.
Looks great! Glad the weather stayed nice for it.
It was a good day, some great people and a mix of mostly everyday classic cars.

It'd be a strange world if we all liked the same things, I guess. Thanks for this.
I enjoyed the day nonetheless
