Yes there are some mods in the video, but before people say "it's fake" let me just say, yes the are all real in game encounters. Some of them can only happen right after or before the completion of a mission, others can randomly happen at any point in the game.

You can use it for free 5K repeatly, by only take 1 briefcase (since the event count bot complete, the event will spawn again). Also if you want complete it, wait until one side death (i prefer police win) after that just quickly take briefcase only (don't take the car) this make the game not give you wanted
