Any reason you didn’t clean the sensor before installing back in?
my 21 was sooted up good with only 2000 miles on it. I had to use a little grease on the MAP sensor o'ring to get it in the spacer. goes in nice and tight.
Just installed mine on my 2020, installation was a breeze. FYI, get a can of CRC mass air flow sensor cleaner and spray the crap out of it until it’s clean, then install.

So you are keeping the sensor clean by taking it out of the direct path of the air flow through the intake. I can see it staying cleaner but how is it getting an accurate reading when not getting the same airlflow pushing through it?
It’s not reading airflow, just temperature and pressure

Will using a EDT additive like hot shot or Docs keep it cleaner?
The o-ring on my sensor will not stay in place. It rolls up and falls out when I turn it upside down to install. Disappointing quality for the price. I am thinking about putting a dab of grease around the groove. Do you have a suggestion as to how to keep it in place?
Can you provide any info on the silicon parts tray you were using. Liked its configuration and was curious about it.
MAP sensor plugging up is definitely an issue. Im not sure if this fix is worth $100 though, that sure can buy a lot of sensor cleaner.

Yes you can buy a lot of sensor cleaning for $100. The S&B MAP sensor spacer kit will solve the issue entirely and you would no need to clean the sensor again as the MAP sensor spacer removes the sensor from being directly inline in the system. @@JCunningham21 so I’m assuming the 22 I just bought is the same as well. Unreal, all the testing/engineering and we still need aftermarket to avoid warranty trips!
