Hello friends, I've had a total knee replacement I can hardly stand the pain. I listen to this most mornings at3am. it truly helps to take your mind through your pain. I was so stressed out my mind was racing a thousand miles a second, I got on my knees and prayed God help me then I decided to take a hot bentonite clay bath and listen to some soothing jazz for stress relief. I feel a thousand times better gonna drink some green tea and meditate on good things.❤ Peace 😅and live to all.
