I apply toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer and then face oil lastly before sleeping. So after following all these steps... lastly I apply face oil like plum face oil. So can I add vit E with this face oil after all these steps?

Nhi... Because vit e capsule Bhut jaldi oxidize Ho jaate thats why vit e oil capsule only comes in capsule form for single use not in bottle
Hi prerna its very nice that you are coming with great remedies for skin snd hair care. In your vlogs you advised that vit e tablets can be consumed . But i kindly request you not to advise intake of any tablets like vitamins or anything without complete medical knowledge as it is contraindicated in certain conditions like pregnancies, allergies, vit k deficiency and others.people who are watching your vlogs wont be aware of their condition and not know if it could be good or bad for them. When it comes to Topical application your advice is definitely taken as all are natural ingredients.
