I remember years ago, Whitney Houston being referred to as " The Voice "! Ms Winans was young at that time. ( Of course, so was I ) l.o.l. Ms. Winans voice was pretty, just not as strong as Ms. H. ....yet! CeCe's voice now is not only pretty as it always has been, it's powerful! Strength, range, tone....I believe now, it is more powerful than Whitney's ever was. And of course, with CeCe's voice on this hymn, it's the sound of pure anointing.
