its because the newer heroes are absolutely disgusting, so bp becomes a more meta pick to counter them. in my opinion of course, plus in dominion having black prior is always a good choice for anti ganking
Another good tip is to flip on your recoveries like the vid BP, when you light, light.. flip expecting them to try interrupt your potential follow heavy. Other examples would be when you finish a combo in an anti-gank against enemy A, keep your eyes open for enemy B or C to see if you can catch them when you cancel your recovery into a flip. Then you can start playing mind games like trading your flip out for the heavy finisher and letting it fly, or baiting them out to perform side dodge attacks and countering ect.
