It’s very simple. When a person is doing something that you do not condone or are not comfortable with, voice it. Once you have made it clear, it is then up to that other person to decide what they want to do. Normally if a person chooses someone based on character and moral fiber first, the issue will be resolved quickly.

It’s beautiful to entrust a man to lead you. As a woman from corporate who had my own home, car, money, etc. it’s been such a blessing to even have a husband who’s decisions and discernment I can trust. It’s freeing because you no longer have to operate in a “masculine” energy. I have no problem submitting to a man who is God fearing and has establish himself in life. I do not know about what other women like, but for myself I need someone to be able to bring some type of new knowledge to my life. I had a very controling father (he was abusive, didn't have the best intentions), so sometimes I can rebel. So, yeah, maybe there other reasons why woman act that or another way. I think when man is respectful and has a good intentions, than it's nice to listen what he has to say.

I think sometimes that part of the issue with submission is that men keep talking about it till ad nauseum. Literally every year all year it is the main topic of conversation and a lot of women get sick of it. I know I do. The other issue is that a lot of those same guys constantly talking about it are not willing to talk about the verse after it where it talks about both the man and woman amsubmitting to each other in reference to the Lord.
It's clear that this is an important to men with how much they talk about it; but I have also noticed that many talk about it becuase other men do, not because they understand what they are saying,others do because they hope for a good woman to hear their message, and others seem to do it becusde they don't know what they are talking about but want to control women.
A good woman will submit naturally to a good man who presents as a good leader. I can say that a lot of women do not care about submission becuase they don't think there is anything to submit to out here.i wish more men would stop talking about this topic and just model what they are trying to preach about.
The bible nowhere teaches that submission/respect for a husband is earned. It is commanded by God (it is not a choice - the same way loving a wife is not a choice for a husband)
The verse about submitting to one another is about the assembly, it is not about matriage. A husband does not submit to his wife - he is not commanded to do that, only the wife is because the husband is her head/lord/baal hence the wife is commanxed to submit (obey) in everything. The husband is commanded to love his wife only
None of these commands are conditional. They are commanded and they do not depend on whether the husband or wife is "good" 👍

I commented on an IG reel of a man asking if he was wrong for telling his woman that he'll basically leave if she takes a job working for her ex (5years seperated) even if the job will earn her 100k. A lot of woman said he was insecure, immature, not het husband so he has no right to make requests, demands, and that no boyfriend should come between her and her bag. I commented that the girlfriend should respect abd listen to the man's words because he's a man and knows men better than her. Also, if they believe that they are to be married, then she will have to choose between money and her relationship; in general, it's her mand feelings and the relationship. What's more important?

I 1000% agree. The problems these days are these trifling grown boys who proclaim to be a Christan and talk about God this and God that.
