The thing that makes donkey kong scary isn't his strength, it's that he's able to burst out a bunch of unpredictable attacks at once, though after you know how to get stars off him and his 1 hit ko spot then he gets pretty easy
Donkey Kong is more a game of learning his insane pattern recognition. Normally when you're fighting him it's only in the section of the game after Title Defense where you're fighting until you lose three times, meaning you're not exactly free to just figure him out. And his taunting patterns, attempting to just figure out what he's doing is a pickle. As compensation he doesn't exactly do that much damage, but he can easily just string hits into each other.

Ok so Title Defense Bald Bull practiced getting hit by a Bull Charge right? Little Mac’s Star Punch is slightly stronger than a Bull Charge or 18HP worth of damage. And that’s what it takes to knock TD Bald Bull down. Here’s the crazy part. At 107lbs, Little Mac has a punch that’s equal to 3 bull charges (or his 3 star punch doing 60 damage which is more than tripple) that a 6’5” (196 cm) and 284 lbs (or 129 kg) boxer (or Sandman) cannot do. Pablo Helenski: flying kick, uppercut qnd headbutts snd elbow strikes
Doc Louis' star punch does more dmg than Mac's 3 star punch lol.
I mean, he is the person who taught him the star punch. Doc was known as a fierce boxer before little mac. I don’t think he was a world champion, but he was at one point a champion and retired his career taking very few losses.
@@Unchainedful Just like Mac with 3 losses.
@@Unchainedful Doc Louis was in fact... the Grand Champion... which we can assume is higher than world champion... but who knows how WVBA worked back in 70s...
but yeah Doc Louis could just spam insta KD, unblockable punches.... thats why all Mac's opponent are scared when he uses star punches...
Vietnam memories huh
@@raulca2512 Oh damn. I forgot the fact that the opponents were scared of his Star Punch.
He didn't just teach the move to Little Mac. Quoting Doc Louis when he knocks Mac's lights out.
"I INVENTED the Star Punch!"
You forgot the last uppercut of Mr Sandman's berseek/rage mode (It one shots to prevent both Little Mac and Mr sandman from beign tired)
Anything surprise you? Bald Bull really has to charge that jab up to do damage. I also though DK would have a punch higher up.
What's crazy to me is how Mac's Contender star punch does more dmg than TD.
@@OverSteam The opponents been training too ya know. Buffed up their defenses ;)
@@erintheangry Yeah, they saw it before and trained for it.
I've been waiting for this vid for awhile.
BRO literally Doc Louis has the fastest and strongest attack in the game
every special attack ranked by damage
disco kid: disco flurry (3rd hit) 5.4hp

bald bull: bull charge 100hp
super macho man: super spin punch 100hp
mr. sandman: ultimate dreamland express (last hit) 100hp
2:09 2:42 doc can do more damage then sandman. TITLE DEFENSE sandman and doc does it with a normal move. AND doc can knock down a full health little mac with one move but sandman can't, EVEN IN TITLE DEFENSE
edit: and mac's 3 star punch only does 60HP when doc's SINGLE star punch does 100HP . like doc is strong
"I invented the star punch". *fucking blows mac up with a 1 star punch*
0:11 bruh, the last punch in each combo does the least damage?
The last one that lands. If you dodge the first punch and then get hit by the 2nd, it still does the max damage for that punch, it scales down as you get hit. It's not like that with Sandman though, his Dreamland Express punches do fixed damage for each punch.
@@philive1681 Like any fighting games that decreases every time you combo someone
No Little Mac's were hurt during the filming of this video
This video is strangely compelling.
Von Kaiser is truly one of the greatest.
The numbers don't lie.
The worst punch has to be the hologram's attacks
How much damage does Big Mac's attacks
Imagine having an attack with lower damage than glass joe
*laughs at bald bull*
*dies 10 seconds later
Everybody gangsta until von kaiser and super macho man and doc louis and bald bulls 100 hp attacks
So Mac's 3-star punish is the strongest non-instant KO in the game.
5:01 RELEASE THE BOGUS
Ain't no way it's called "Blitzkrieg Uppercut" 😭😭😭
Actually it's not, it's called "Kaiser Wave"
@Nintentoni Oh ok
This is pretty interesting. What's Mac's exact HP value, as well as those of the other boxers?
100
Doc Louis has got to get his own game
so were just gonna ignore the fact von kaiser literally is the strongest in the minor circuit yet fighting him after glass joe
*he really ranked every punch*
Insane how sandman doesn't have an insta kill attack
I’m curious, how do you find these damage values? Do you use a mod to show character hp? Or how does this work
I looked at the ram values in the game. Search and find the ones for health and see how much it changes when you get hit.
Anyone else despise glass joes delayed uppercut
Holy shit my man Von Kaiser
Mr. Sandman, are you kidding me?! Bald Bull beat you again like in the NES version rankings, I'll give you. Super Macho Man beat you again, okie. But instead of King Hippo and Mike Tyson from the NES version...here you got beat by Little Mac, his trainer Doc...and Von Kaiser??!! SERIOUSLY??!! *FRIGGIN' VON KAISER??!!* 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
(and here I thought Glass Joe being somewhat stronger than Great Tiger in the NES version was embarrassing for the latter...)
3:55 you spelled release the beast really weird.
If he does fastest punch speed for punch out wii, my prediction is mr sandmans wink punches
Ah Yes, the uppercut that goes down
It's a downercut
Prime Kaiser was definitely a monster
Doesn’t bear hugger have a move call the « windmill attack » or something where each hit deals 50 damage (though it is unused so I can understand why it isn’t in this video)
How do you access it?
@@philive1681 idk but I found it from this video at 3:54 ruclips.net/video/tMgUFjdmeos/видео.html
@@philive1681 if it's what i'm thinking of you have to hack the game and force him to use it - it's an unused attack so it's not in any regular pattern.
Fun fact looks like all fingter is only have 2 parts of name not the full name
Hey what about don flamenco’s rage uppercut? Is it the same as toro uppercut or is it different?
So you mean to tell me Glass Joe ain't even the weakest?
Thank you for hard work very cool!
One question, the star blow always does the same damage or it depends on the opponent, because it can't be that glass joe can withstand the same as mr.sandman
For Punch Out Wii, it does the same damage, but the fighters have different HP.
@@philive1681 how to know how much hp each opponent has?
Could you pass me the page or something?
@@newnixer3775 I looked at the ram values to find all the info. But there is an image in the PunchOut discord that has the info. Search for 'HP' and it's one of the first results.
@@philive1681 Please send me a link because I couldn't find anything.
5:00 YES
not gonna lie, I thought the measurements were in Horsepower, not Hit Points
you doing a fastest attack one too?
Fun fact Doc Louis hits sound a lot like Saitama's
