This is an excellent show with great story contents. The pace of the story development is quick, on top of that almost all the main and supporting actors / actresses speak their own lines without dubbing.
What makes this drama unique is that it is not lead actor centric. The side stories of the characters are gripping thus you forget following through the plot. It's kind of similar to the dramas during the days where attention is focused on every episode other than the plot and also there were a lot of values incorporated so you enjoy watching every episode. I found it uninteresting at first but was actually surprised to be hooked into it as the story unfolds. One thing memorable bout this drama also was the use of a romantic gesture that is very common in life but often or not even seen in dramas and that was when Yanxi was passing by Hua Zhi and kind of poked her head secretly.
