This is indeed a fantastic microscope lens opening up a completely new world. Like a fantastic adventure on a foreign planet. I think the little bugs are springtails. The last one, too. They are closely related to insects and like them belong to the hexapods. Hence the six legs. Awesome shots and observations and great video, Dave. 🤘👌

These kind of images are just amazing Dave and it says something about how far digital photography and all equipment has come in the last years. Some of the images are just stunning and it gives a view of a world that is in front of our eyes each day, but not visible to us! So it is like an adventure to examine things and at the same time being able to record it! You have a talent for taking good pictures and I hope this skill will continue to give you pleasure in the years ahead! All the best, Ant

Thanks for the nice comments Ant. I’ll still be taking photos of the natural world. Just won’t have as much time for the work as utube requires for awhile. Have a great weekend my friend😃👍

This is stunning Dave - that tiny spider is so beautiful at the end. What a lens - looked like you captured some Tardigrades or similar!! Really amazing

Can you do focus stacking to get a sharp overall image? Because that’s a downside still clearly visible

  • @JumisVisuals

It looks like a fun lense, but it feels like that focusing is not that great
