It is heartsick with so much terrible things that are going on in the world .. but we need to remember that it is all prophesied of the last days and it is true that if God and Jesus and the Holy spirit are on our side .. oh.. my what wonderful help their word and music can bring us back into peace and feeling of their love and care and also bring about blessings and help to uplift and endure.. I do want to say that some of our lacking peace can be through substances such as caffeine, alcohol, smoking even pharma meds.. and of corse street drugs.. Make sure that U get off of anything that has caffeine .. so many do not realize all the suffering caffeine can bring to one.. withdrawals are hard but some things and supplements and alternative drinks that help bring them to be easier .. and after a few months U won't believe the wonderful difference.. (read the book Awake: Break free from caffeine and energize naturally .) Trauma, abuse, violence, injury (especially brain) can all bring about anxiety these need mental help(hopefully through a holistic doctor..) and also our Lord Jesus to overcome.. I will say that it is known that even many pain meds and psych meds and also street drugs can also bring upon greater ups and downs with suffering. (seek professional rehab help if needed getting off of everything for a few months and starting over though withdrawals can be so mental and bodily hard and even feel as U are dying at times.. a few months later it will all be worth it.. ). and smoking and alcohol also but U are very aware of this as a nurse..My prayers sent .. I have been blessed... The spirit of God got he me, i was not well and medication wasn't really helping much but listening to these promises all is well. They put me to sleep. Am trying to train my mind to meditate on the word of God and this is helping alot. (Something about feeding the mind right and the spirit begins to do the supernatural to the body system).
