@@Raidan21 yes but Clone Wars was nearly twice it's length, with seven seasons versus four, so while the total number of flop episodes may be similar, the ratio still heavily favors Clone Wars. And I'm sorry, even when this show was at it's absolute best, it was still only just on par with most of TCW, it doesn't even remotely match up to the better arcs of that series like Umbara or the Mandalorian Civil War. Was rebels a good show overall? Yeah I'd say so... But I wish it was better.
f00dify Sabine and Ahsoka’s adventures while searching for the long lost Jedi Ezra Bridger would be amazing. Most people have speculated this to be the natural development off of Star Wars Rebels already on both Reddit and professional critic reviews, so let’s hope our prediction comes true!
Yeah I think so too. I'd heard on a different channel can't remember where that they were doing a completely different storyline not following up with Rebels, but it would be bad story telling if they did choose not to follow up with the events after Rebels.
f00dify Exactly. The epilogue was a massive cliffhanger. Not resolving it would be a terrible play on Filoni’s part, because it had built up so much hype and excitement already. I thought so too! It was honestly a surprise when I realised no one else had uploaded this scene, with full audio and dialogue, to RUclips already. Definitely one of the most important parts of the Finale, since it sets up a lot of context for the epilogue.
Love this show, it gets to much wrap for being “childish”. In the first season it was, it was the age that Ezra was. As Ezra grew older the show grew older. Far too many incredible scenes throughout. The death of Darth Maul, the redemption of Kallus, the death of Kanaan, the return of Ashoka, the fight between Ashoka and Vader, the lore of how a lightsaber is connected with the Force. An incredible series. Guess I am a sucker for a well written coming of age story.
I'm looking back on what made star wars amazing. No matter what happens remember this look back on the good. Because it shows what kind off person you are.
Hera was 100% unwilling to let go here after losing Kanan a few days prior. She didn't want to lose her family and Ezra was like a son for her. Ezra learned to let go after he saved Ahsoka in the world between worlds and she taught him the importance of letting go and this is how he was able to win the battle of Lothal and inspire the rebellion towards victory. Immediatly after victory Hera was prepared to drop everything in an attempt to search for him asking Rex to track every possible trajectory.

@@Raidan21 I don't skip any episodes when I rewatch either series... Even the filler episodes have something to appreciate.
@@Raidan21 controversial opinion: I actually liked some of the jar jar episodes
Awww ikr 💕
I hope the next TV show is a follow up to this at least make the first half about Sabine and Asoka finding Ezra and bringing him home.
f00dify
Sabine and Ahsoka’s adventures while searching for the long lost Jedi Ezra Bridger would be amazing. Most people have speculated this to be the natural development off of Star Wars Rebels already on both Reddit and professional critic reviews, so let’s hope our prediction comes true!
Yeah I think so too. I'd heard on a different channel can't remember where that they were doing a completely different storyline not following up with Rebels, but it would be bad story telling if they did choose not to follow up with the events after Rebels.
f00dify
Exactly. The epilogue was a massive cliffhanger. Not resolving it would be a terrible play on Filoni’s part, because it had built up so much hype and excitement already. And something so important deserves to be resolved in an animated TV series, not some comic or book.
All we can do now is wait.
f00dify They say there will be a sequel to this. Even say that Luke Skywalker could be in it.
@@RentonElric85
Hell no I don't want luke skywalker anywhere near what's left of the ghost crew and ahsoka because luke skywalker is a kiffing idiot who let his own nephew fall to the kriffing dark side so no i don't want him to appear in the sequel series of star wars rebels.
Thank you, thank you so much! I have been looking for this everywhere! This is one of the most powerful and meaningful scenes of the show.
I thought so too! It was honestly a surprise when I realised no one else had uploaded this scene, with full audio and dialogue, to RUclips already. Definitely one of the most important parts of the Finale, since it sets up a lot of context for the epilogue.
I’ve always loved how this scene shows how much Sabine and Ezra have grown.
I love it at 1:45 when Sabine’s Theme plays in the back. It’s subtle, but I always notice it
Love this show, it gets to much wrap for being “childish”.
So I'm not the only one who ships these two, right?
No, you're not.
No youre not

No, you’re not.
No you are not.
I can’t wait til they reunite omg

@@dutchrjen 100x better. Sure, buddy. We know.
This hits even harder after the first two episodes of Ahsoka.
Ladies and gentleman, HE IS BACK
Rebels is doesn’t get enough credit it has a great story and character development with not too much filler
I can't stop crying. Every time I see this scene, it just rips my heart open
Trying to find an appropriate video to go to bed on and this is not it. This Ezra and Sabine moment is so powerful and I love everything about it, the look that speaks a thousand words and the music is SO GOOD. Can’t overstate Chopper opening the hatch for him either. The droid that loves him just as much as anyone else. But long story short I’m crying now and sleep isn’t happening
You can tell when Sabine and Ezra look at each other, they know how they feel.
This hurts. It hurts so much. I really hope we find out what happened to him
Ezra: “This is the way.” *Mandolorian theme starts playing*
I wish they had hugged or kissed to show how much they care about eachother. But this is good too
I loved how it was Sabine who was closing the series off, really love her character and I liked the fact that she had a scene with another one of my favorite characters from Clone Wars which was Ashoka. I Hope Sabine finds Ezra (I really like both of them as a couple as well as every single scene that they had together). Star Wars Rebels.... was one hell of a ride, I will truly miss you(but I will re-watch all 4 seasons). Can't wait for the next Star Wars animated TV show(I hope it features Ashoka again). Farewell....until we meet again....and remember, The force will be with you, always. I love the music of this scene, especially that transition when Sabine distracts them and sees Ezra has escaped, as well as the change into Sabine's theme when she's explaining they should trust Ezra/how to help him by getting the shield up I think that Sabine pleading with Ezra to reconsider, then resigning and letting him go shows her love for him better than any kiss could have. Mando’s literally specialize in burying and ignoring feelings after all. She most likely realized she loved him after he was gone, and we will see their relationship come to fruition when they reunite. Just remember, Sabine made this choice only days after Kanan died doing similar Jedi heroics. Her bravery to let Ezra go, to help him go and be the sacrifice, shows just how much she trusts in him and supports him, in spite of her reservations and fears. What a friend. Or something more? Whatever she is Sabine is one in a million, really loved how she came into her own throughout Rebels. Super excited for her live-action debut! Ezra and Sabine. They truly need to be reunited and have a happy life together. Star Wars at its truest core has always been about love and sacrifice. 0:30 is my favorite part of this scene. In the buildup of the beautiful song, everyone gathers around the table and plans their attack while Ezra prepares for what he must do. Everything just feels right. This is a super good finale. And this entire scene is easily my favorite scene in the whole show. If you think about it, that part where they were looking at each other was the last time she saw him. Then she tried looking at him again when everyone was distracted, but he was gone. She probably thought that she would see him again only to learn that she wasn't. Imagine that happening in real life with someone you've known for a long time and cared about. Does no one else feel this? That music and their looks to one another and then that line for Ezra, one last time. It chokes me every time I watch it, Rebels is beautifully written and I love the way Dave Filoni carries on the legacy of Star Wars. I wish he'd been given the chance with the new films because even though I've enjoyed the new two Dave would have given it so much more depth and love. I always feel like this scene gets slept on, it's so emotional and rewarding at the same time; Sabine and Chopper knew that it was the right thing to do. I almost cried when that sad stare between Ezra and Sabine happened. It still almost makes me cry Edit 2 years later: HOLY MOLY THAT IS THE MOST LIKES I HAVE ON RUclips. THANKS!! Damn, that little head nod of goodbye from Chopper was a perfect little touch from the animators as if to say, I will help you thank you, and goodbye Sabine sees Ezra is such a powerful moment. The soundtrack, Ezra’s “One Last Time” and they’re communicating without speaking always get me Emotional. Their relationship really has come a long way since season one. This really shows how much Ezra and Sabine understand each other. This makes me wanna bawl my eyes out!!! Sabine truly loved Ezra! 😭😭😭 She knew he needed to go to Thrawn and helped him escape Ezra is a true Jedi. Understanding that he is part of something bigger than just himself, an instrument of the Force's will, and playing that part in order to better the galaxy and protect the innocent.
I hope as Sabine gets off Peridea, she reunites with him and this time she stays with him, hopefully their relationship will show real development this time around.
Always keep coming back to this scene, I just noticed that he takes a moment to look at everyone one last time… that kinda hits me different
when i was watching this for the first time, all i could think out is after ezra left, zeb turning to kallus and saying something like "damn that kid has some balls" and i knew it wouldn't happen lmao
I love the music in this scene it did all the speaking for the characters which is not an easy thing to do
The transitions of the music is freaking crazy
When the vent opened and Ezra said one last time that really hit me
Damnit kiss already
._.
they have a brother and sister relationship not a romantic one and thats said by filoni the creator of the show
hafeez asif Damn I didn’t know that i can see how they can have that kind of relationship and i trust Filoni because he’s done so much good for Star Wars so i’m fine with what we got
@@ramonabdiel10 Although he said that before season 3 was out and tbh he also said there was nothing between Kanan and Hera and well that's not true during season 4 so....
@@ramonabdiel10 Filoni just wanted to prove that people can have a deep connection without being in a relationship.
I love how the background music is a combination of Sabine and Ezra's music theme
Yes I remember this playing in the episode where Ezra and kanan are teaching her to use the dark saber and her and Ezra have that emotional talk
0:44 Oh god, if you look real close you can see Chopper giving Ezra an understanding nod.
I like to think she *sees* him, truly see the man, the jedi he has become. That's why she helped him.
Sabine....it's been years now......he made a promise for you.....now fulfill it.
This was a beautiful seen. This crew had become a wonderful family even in a war of hardships. But Ez needed to do this. It gets to me every time with that sacrificial somber music of his theme. I will remember that seen always in my heart . This is what I like about Star Wars. Family. Stay safe y'all 🥰❤❤❤
“I won’t let you go.”
Well thats a HEARTBREAKING choice of words
I accidently skimmed over this scene when it came out so this is the first time I've ever seen it... and... and... Im slightly emotional here
When does this make it to Netflix... holy shit that was ... immensely powerful scene

why would you rather pay Netflix to watch it?
This is when Sabine realizes that she loves Ezra.
I don't know if anyone will read this, but......has anyone noticed how much Rebels' character animation improved? Good God this looks fantastic!
Ezra you have grown so much then the little boy who did not understand his own powers to the boy faced with Darkness to a leader look forward to having you back

Sick of seeing her intrude on other people's plots, sick of every little thing being about her.
