1.Never ever do this kind of "exploring" alone
2.Never go in dark places without lights that shine like the sun.
3.Never do it at night.
4.Take weapons with.
Taking weapons isn't actually the smartest idea. If you get into a situation where you use that weapon to defend yourself, and harm, or even kill another person, it doesn't legally qualify as self-defense since you were likely trespassing. You have to balance these risks if you're going to explore potentially dangerous places with potentially dangerous people.
@@Bobthehuntedbobcat well the weapon doesn't have to be lethal? I'm sure you can take a stick maybe... but you are right there, on legal grounds anything that happens where you tresspased is your fault and you'd be in a lot of trouble.
@@loopyninjabear666 The best you can hope for is using the weapon as an intimidation tactic and scaring away any would-be attackers. That would still probably be illegal, but anyone you encounter that is an actual threat is also likely trespassing so there's that to consider. Also, if you're caught trespassing by the property owner, a guard, police officer, or anyone that isn't trespassing on that particular property, having weapons on you will get you in a lot of legal trouble

There’s some urban exploration videos like that that have scared me more than most ghost videos. Nuke has also posted a few where it was actually a person hiding in a building, and he said, roughly quoted, “People are often more terrifying than anything paranormal”

Kinda of ironic, that some of the scariest things you can run into when exploring these abandoned places isn't the ghosts, but other people. Usually because the person is either someone homeless living there, who might get defensive of you being in their territory, or someone using the remote location to do something illicit. Drugs or violence, or both. The concept of urban exploration intrigues me, but I don't think I could ever go solo like some of these people do. Heck, even in a group I'd be wary.

@@TheZombieburner Yup. I'd at least go with pepper spray or something similar. There's tons of ways to defend oneself. The buddy system is also a thing. Two pairs of eyes to spot trouble. Doesn't have to be a person or thing, sometimes the buildings themselves are in a bad way and it's easy to get hurt poking around in them. Even if you're being careful.
I honestly find this the least scary because at least when you see other people you might have an idea of what they're doing there. Ofcourse they could kill you but at least it's explainable then.

@@morticiaadams272 I think it's very likely he had/has some sort of disorder, I personally would lean OCD with something to cause some sort of inability to read social cues as well. Some people say he seems a bit like he's on the spectrum. He seemed genuinely distressed, especially with "but I can't help myself...not following you...for some reason - I can't!" which is personally why I lean OCD because it sounds like this guy became a part of this stalkers routine, perhaps he couldn't realize it himself. I've definitely had that exact reaction when someone tried to force me to stop a routine, except I personally would usually break down a lot quicker from fear and panic, and of course wouldn't allow myself to take it to this extreme out of general paranoia and what ifs of how people react to me. Humiliation is my reasoning for fighting a lot of my issues, I've dealt with it a lot and I have an very strong fear of it, hence a fear of failure strong enough to make me avoid doing things in life. He may not have that humiliation factor to consider as much, due to lack of experience with it. I'm not sure, and I don't want to diagnose a stranger, lol, or anyone for that matter, I'm not a professional, but saying that a mental disorder is possible isn't inherently a bad thing.
It's not a bad thing to be mentally ill, just to add real quick, although I wouldn't really word it that way. I'm neurodivergent, I have ADHD, OCD, and some other stuff that's not neurodivergent disorders but things like body dysmorphia, dythymia, and so forth. I'm mostly "normal" whatever that means, but I have some minor issues that I tend to make people close to me aware of, things with sensory and social cues, my compulsions or intrusive thoughts, anxieties, etc. It can be a bit harder for them, but it in turn makes it less of an impossibility for me to interact with them comfortably, like they ask from me, while still putting in effort to be a good person.
My only hope is that the reason he stopped stalking the guy was due to seeking his own help after recognizing that his behaviors and feelings weren't "normal" and wanting to not get himself in a situation like that again. A therapist would very likely recommend a way to avoid possibly interacting with the guy, via another train or something, as to dampen that impulse, due to the legal possibilities, especially if he hadn't had treatment before. It's possible he didn't see that in himself and could be off doing who knows what, or possibly deceased, but I can only hope he's doing okay.

Why do people keep shouting "hello" or "is anyone there" in abandon places?
I kinda get the second guy because I'm shy and awkward af and I used to have a hard time making friends too. But following people for months and stalking them because you talked Once is too much.

The average Adult human can reach up to 40 Km/h on a sprint during a short period of time, the dudes were not driving at a consistent speed nor was it a high one. Eyes reflect back light which creates the efect you can see when taking a picture with the flash on, the dude filming had his flash on while recording the whole thing. It was just a dude most likely intoxicated with something like bath salts which drive you into a high adrenaline/excitement state which could also make you more aggressive.

Exploring abandoned places can be scary because of the potential encounters with other people, not just ghosts. Homeless individuals or people engaging in illegal activities can pose a threat to urban explorers. The idea of urban exploration is interesting, but the thought of encountering others in these locations makes the idea of going solo or even in a group daunting.
I must have seen over a dozen of Nuke's Top 5 videos here on RUclips. Most of these have similar scenes -
1.) When the camera is panning forth and then pans back, you can see a glimpse of someone or some figure or shadow-like thing that immediately disappears.
2.) Strange sound of footsteps or voices are heard in background of an old building, house or cemetery freaking the investigators.
3.) An unexplained hand or foot is seen creeping toward the cameraman while he is completely unaware of it, but doesn't touches nor attacks him later.
4.) No spirits, shadows nor so-called demon attacks anyone seriously hurting them, just some strange unexplained scratches or slight bruises on skin is shown.
5.) Most of the times, when a ghost "investigators" team is in a haunted place, they immediately loose their crap and either start screaming like little girls and make a dash for it as soon as they hear the first sound of bump or see a shadow.
6.) Finally, not a single ghost, entity, shadow, demon, witch has ever attacked anyone to do a serious body harm.

On another upload somebody provided a link to the original full video, and now I wish I had saved it somewhere. I'm a biologist and I find the running speed and glowing eyes utterly unexplainable (glare from glasses don't look like that, and neither does dilated pupil red eye--I mean, does that glow look RED to you?). Other animals have this yellow light reflection from a part of the eye that humans lack. CERTAINLY the video could have been manipulated, but when you see the other kinds of videos on the original channel, it's clear that 'paranormal' is not their thing. It's all just homemade hip hop and friends interviews.

You're just walking up some stairs and then BAM, old looking knife right in the face or neck
People scare me more than ghosts. This is the main thing I would be worried about going into all these abandoned places. Even if you told someone where you were going beforehand only to get hurt there or murdered, they'd be lucky to recover your body and they'd almost certainly NEVER find the person or people who did it.

That Gerard guy freaked me out I live in Dallas Tx where the DART train runs through I recognized the seats, train, and station instantly. Riding the train is nice sometimes but people can be very weird sometimes.

What I like about Nuke is that he shows the video and doesn't explain the whole thing in narration and only shows like 10 seconds. So 10/10 would watch again! :D
i have a hard time watching ghost shows in general, because when something happens they often play the music track behind the sound for dramatic effect.
but this only makes the show worthless to watch as it's all hype and makes me think it's not real.

As a special education teacher, i recognize a person with special needs, as the one in "crazy train". One of the things about these folks is that they often are thrilled when people engage with them, and immediately assume " friendship" when they are engaged amicably. This innocent trait is one of the joys of getting to know these folks. Sadly, it is disconcerting to those who are not familiar with them.
