Ova Magica: Crossbreeding and Fusion Explained!

Ova Magica's Crossbreeding system is quite interesting in that it requires that the player actually bond with both the parent monsters and offspring in order to bring out it's full potential. Fusion seems to be more of a quick and easy "streamlined" version of breeding with some differences as mentioned in the video.

Also, if the fusion goal is reached, they need to be careful to not make fusion and crossbreeding to overlap and make one more powerful than the other. Because there's nothing worse than a mechanic making another completely useless.

It could be a fusion like in dragon quest monsters where the parents make the egg than leave you to take care of children as the just leave lol its all yours now buddy.

Well as long as there isn’t a competitive scene I see no point in breeding for the prefect blob I’d be more interested in creating a new blob species 😅
