I haven’t seen these videos before, now with the passing of “HUTCH” they seem so real as if it was yesterday ! I'm just now rediscovering my love affair with these two - what a wonderful pair they make, and what a joy it is to watch them! The fact that they are, in real life, best friends, adds to the pleasure. You know that they didn't snarl at each other and walk away when the director yelled, "Cut!"

I think I have watched just about all of the S&H videos on YT and I vote for this one as the best.
That was just pure fun. I love the boys and the fact they their love was just *there* to see if you just opened your eyes.

I love this vid. Although I do not think they are gay I still love their friendship. And when they hold hands for that second, when Starsky feels like dying, this is just a great moment.

That was just perfect! I'm especially impressed by the image you inserted of that woman with a cigarette dangling from her mouth, and a confused expression on her face. It was at JUST the right point in the song!
Well, I've seen two episodes of the show, and was amazed at the amount of subtext! They're always touching, hugging, cuddling, holding hands... There's as much subtext there as there is with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. I don't think they're actually gay, but they do play it up for fun, and I've seen both pairs kiss, so they must do it on purpose.
I will always love, love, love this video.. It reflects their true friendship off screen.... Thanks... Awesome Job...

This is the most fabulous, fabulous video. The flash effect and the stills, like a photo, are so original and creative. The vid is so much fun and so romantic,and you give the scenes time to develop - I've seen too many S&H vids that have no pacing, just hugs smooshed together that make no real sense. This is sophisticated!! The PoV is cute, like Hutch is thinking the words - and well-paced, and there's something there, like a sardonic, entirely loving look through a sophisticated lens.

Thanks for being cool about it (smile) and yes please find the interview for me cause Iv'e been looking and everything Iv'e seen them say is that they acknowledge that the friendhip was special, and that was the appeal of the show, the humanity with them and All the characters that came and went, but espeially with each other for them was the "norm"

The chemistry btwn David & Paul was so amazing. It's what I Love most about S&H... their portrayal of this intimate (yet non-sexual), supportive, loving friendship... and they had no qualms about displaying it. It's beautiful!

I just want you to know that I've watched a lot of stuff on youtube, but this is one of the very best. I grew up watching these guys and they are still my fave guys in the world. Thanks for the great vid!
This was just perfect. I'd love it just for all the little touches and looks, but the images also matched pretty well perfectly with the lyrics. Interspersing the S/H images with pictures of the "them" who would be talking about the boys was really well done.

😆 GREAT video! U R a master of your craft! These 2, their show, were my escape back in my teenage years. I LOVED every time Starsky meticulously described some part of his Gran Torino & every time Hutch gave Starsky reason to be dismayed at Hutch's dislike. In their show they were each other's best friend. 👍

Great vid. Just loved it. You really got them just right. I have always loved these two guys. I have their dvds and I have to watch something of them everyday. It is so nice to know that they are still each others best friends today. I saw a vid where David was on a talk show and was asked if he ever sees Paul. David said that he did and that Paul continues to be his closet best friend. So wonderful.

Ok. Well, I truly thought that your vid "I Want to Know What Love is" was my favorite. Now that I've watched THIS one that is no longer the case! I absolutely LOVE this video!
