Luis miguel was 11 and his dad played the guitar.
He was 11 years here and this was his debut on TV in 1981 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México. Months later he obtain a contract to record his 1st album that debuts in January 1982 named "El Sol". The guitarist was his father Luisito Rey.

@@crixuskaiden26 The man who plays guitar made his mother "dissapear" when Luis Miguel was 15 y.o. for the fortune, and ruined him when he was 18. He was much worse than Michael father. Soon Season 2 of Luis Miguel's life. In the next season we'll see when he was with Mariah! You should learn spanish for watch it and see what happened :D

His father exploited him, robbed him, forced him to work; sing & act, he never got a chance to be a kid. When LM was 23 Forbes magazine estimated he had made around 91 million dollars only from his music.The Mexican government said LM owed them 20 million in back taxes, he owed his musicians & office staff their salaries because his father was in charge of everything and never paid them. Magazine estimated 91 million dollar fortune but Luis Miguel had no money because his father deposited the money in other countries & spent it like it was his. It is believed but not proven that Luis Miguel's father killed Luis Miguel's Mom. When Luis Miguel would show signs of fatigue because of the extra busy work schedule his father planned, his father would drug LM to keep him awake & working to make more money. When LM was 15 he became one of the youngest singers in the history of music & the youngest in Spanish music to win a platinum record(1 million albums sold) with his Palabra De Honor album. Luis Miguel also became the youngest person in history to win a Grammy. The record was broken by Charlotte Church but Luis Miguel is still the youngest male ever to win an American Grammy.
