You got to play online to find those police cars but you got to find them in one of the stations check your map if you got it with the disc case it tells you all the police stations and places

here's a non-troll tip (acctualy true): get in to the APC while holding the 44 (magnum) to make the turret fire more than 50% faster (this only works in mutiplayer). GO TRI IT NAO!!!1!
