General, glad you enjoyed, this is good clean fun & I expect the second wing to take about 50% of the time from lessons learned

Good and informative video ... just wondering if there was a reason why you didn't Zinc Chromate coat the ribs and alclad components ?

You sure you want to wade into the prime or not prime controversy?!? My thoughts are the airplane lasted 93 years at this point, I’m not changing a thing. I understand both views but I choose not to and as an added benefit, the airframe is lighter. FYI, I made the same selection on my Cessna 172.

Sorry, that was 83 years old

This looks AWESOME! were you thinking of trying to install a left wing tank ? I didn’t have the patience like you have had with rebuilding the original wing ribs and installed all new Dakota Cub wing ribs in both wings. Hopefully the fuselage will be able to be gone through quickly in the next coming months?

I wasn’t thinking of a L/H wing tank. I think you’re the smarter one between the two of us with the Dakota Cub wing ribs. I have news for you on getting the fuselage done in a few months…I was thinking maybe a few years! Hey, thanks for staying in touch.

So simple in deign yet kind of complex to assemble. It looks so fragile in it's uncovered state...

Thanks for watching, true your observation. When you triangulate the wing struts into the equation things get super rigid.

I bet that didnt look that good right after it rolled our of the assembly plant
