Both characters transformations cost 5 bars, the reason you couldn't do asgore's even though you had the meter is that you need to be grounded, and when swapping you were actionable before you hit the ground. For toriel's transformation you need to be airborne instead Also you should've played around with asgore's moral virtues, it's a move usable after transformation that does something different for each of the 6 souls (though only 4 are currently usable), most notably bravery which is a stance with its own unique moveset focused on close range melee, functionally making royalty like 2.5 characters in 1
as someone who mains royalty i can confirm that the transformation super is quite strange. while as toriel (the magic ranged stance) you can only use her super while in the air (this doesnt count for when she is near the ground just levitating) and for asgore (the main heavy hitting stance) you specifically need to be on the ground. if it wasn't for this video I honestly would have never thought of using half of these moves in combos like you have in the beginning so thank you good sir!
Music playing also depends on character you powered up last Like if plays Asgore remix if u finished setup with Asgore or Heartache remix if u finish setup with toriel
To dodge Grabs with Jump you can't extend it over the green line otherwise the start up leaves you open to the grab. I'd recommend jumping up or towards them but keep it at or under the green line. *Nice video tho.*
Don't know if you're still doing reccomendations right now, but I'd really like it if you covered Faux's Susano'o mod. Faux was the one who made the Toji mod, and he did an absolute spectacular job with Susano'o as well. To the point where this mod actively got me into YOMI Hustle as a whole.
Yeah so being on the receiving end of "actually just God from the Bible" is not fun, but it does make for epic fights and great moments. Honestly fighting them feels like your playing darksouls, and when they finally reach that final stage, it feels like the last phase of the final boss of a game.
It doesn't look like you noticed, so let me tell you: During the buff mode (I'll call it that), the lance one can swap between different "souls" meaning entirely new movesets

you should check out fallen, very cool character reminds me a bit of virgil. niflheim is pretty similar and cool as well
