I wore clips-ins at one point & due to keeping them in my hair over a period of time my hair thinned out. I will note that even if I removed them daily, it still is unhealthy on the hair due to excessive tension on the hair & unnecessary weight. I can guarantee you your real hair will never be at its fullest when wearing clip-ins. Your real hair will suffer. It was until recently when I let go of extensions altogether (they are a drug) that my hair is growing thicker and longer - all esteem to Yahuah!

Exactly… any additional weight added to the hair consistently and too often can thin the hair. My hair has been it’s thickest when I just style my own hair with no extensions. Anytime I do braids or weaves my edges thin

Uhhhh, Clip-ins will damage your hair. I continuously used them everyday for a couple of months and it damaged my hair .
