Oh my God! The sound of his playing is a magic! From heaven!
Beautiful magical cello performance. Very mature playing. All notes are crystal clear . Unlike some players who play exaggerated tough sounds for show off
The beautiful sound of this piano really stands out.
schiff playing chopin is always interesting to hear
Thank you. Beautifully played.
Stunning!
Thank you

Intense Performance, Bella Markham, Susuki Method, Viola, 🤩🤩🥰
Beautifully played, thank you! I noticed some simplifications adopted by Schiff during that fateful passage with the replayed chords of the first movement that otherwise all pianists get dirty, definitely unplayable.
Better dirty than simplified (see Brahms b-flat concerto)
Yuja Wang plays through that section like it has the simplicity of a scale and she doesn’t cheat.
Well she is not human 😅
Chopin por dois talentosos interpretes nos faz ouvir esta maravilha sonora... parabéns
Another treasure is coming soon....thanks in advance.
21:15 interesting technique

My god Schiff is a terrible accompanist in the Largo, just doing whatever he wants and Perenyi has to rush to follow him.
The piano part in this sonata is definitely not as an accompanist. They surely worked out tempi beforehand together. Schiff is never guilty of just doing whatever he wants to do. He does what the score tells him to do.
I'm falling asleep. This is why Martha Argerich is one of the greatest of all time - her drive.
Interesting Schiff always plays from memory ......not for this piece though .....
It's common practice for performers to use the score with chamber music.
It lacks the sound of Chopin.
