@Jane Ahumada Kaplan review! Never second guess your gut instinct. There are places you can take practice exams to see where you would place if you took it...unless I'm confusing between NP boards! "You know all the answers, believe it!"

@adraino maria hello!! Half of the battle of taking NCLEX is learning how to break down the question, looking for key words. Lmk if interested in talking about this.

I am already a therapist but stumbled upon this video through watching other medical videos. This video is great! The breath sounds are very accurate and the best quality I've ever heard on a video.

This is the best video related to medicine, was short with theory and the examples how to differentiate between various lung sounds - actually giving examples of these sounds.
Lots of effort has gone in it, very educational and massively helpful for clinicL PRACTICE.

Oh Lord, this all sounds horrible. I just got over a bout of Bronchitis that I picked up from someone at work. She was given Z Pack, Albuterol, and Prednisone by her doctor. I just took over the counter Sudafed (day) and Benadryl (night). It is almost a month and while I am no longer wheezing I still don't feel well. Lung infections are the worst.

How are you feeling after 2 years? I have just comment on this blog.
I am certainly sure I got it from someone that was coughing next to me
all the time. Did the Sudafed (day) and Benadryl (night) worked out ok for you?

I sometimes get a ' wheeze' but mine dosen't sound as rough as theirs.
Mines is a gentle pure note I get at the very end of exhalation, and only when i'm resting
As a mild asthmatic thats all I get.

I'm suffering from acute bronchitis and I've got all of the noises coming from my lungs when I inhale and exhale. I'm taking musinex and on doxycycline. I am very alarmed about my lungs and the high pitched wheezing, rumbling, and popping sounds coming from my chest. I'm blowing out and coughing up wads and wads of yellow phlem. (spelling) The noises are scaring me to death. I went a got an xray and I don't have pneumonia. How long does it take to get over this horrible thing? I've had it now for about a week.

Hi Sara, our sounds were all available as part of creative commons or for small licensing fees. These should all be available on the web, but I'll be honest, it took our researcher quite a long time to track them all down. Best of luck on your experiment!
