- This message has appeared in the middle of a printing job for 80 pages document. The cartridge is original, It is one year old, I have refilled it several times.
I suspect HP deliberately stucks the printer in this menu so that it forces you to buy new cartridges.
Anyone knows how to bypass this?
Update: I have not found any steps to bypass this and had to buy a new cartridge, even though the old one was original. I suspect hp does this on purpose to sell more. It now works. Never again hp.
Save your 10min to watch this video. There is no solution for it.
Thankyou.. this type of idiot youtubers waste our time !
Lol. Been trying & replaced with a new cartridge only to get same message. I want to throw my printer out the window!
The solution is Replacing The PCA Board thats it
HP is a total rip off ... its been that way for years. ... switch to Brother ... reached a point where even new cartridges still didn't work ,.. they update the software knowing its not compatible with the old cartridges forcing you to buy a whole new printer
U bought a Brother printer? I am going to have to buy one but it won't be an HP.
ऊंट हो क्या
What was the point showing this video,
have this same problem, menu is stuck on 'replace cartridge' or 'incompatible cartridge' for black cartridge, cannot go to home menu, tried multiple cartridges, tried cleaning contacts. Have read that HP printers automatically update firmware over wifi, so I suspect there was a buggy firmware update pushed over wifi from HP. HP support website is no help whatsoever, they claim there is a factory reset command to restore the original firmware version, but will not publish it on their own support website, they instead make you request it and then will only message you the command, keeping it secret on the website. This is truly baffling. It appears they do not want to admit to a buggy firmware update. The RUclips channel '303 Electronics' describes a factory reset procedure for the Envy 4500 - from the home screen press 'dash home dash dash', but my printer cannot show the home screen so not sure if it works. Apparently every HP printer model has a different command sequence to get to the hidden service menu, and HP purposely will not tell their customers what it is. Even the technical manual pdf links on their website have all expired. I thought Epson was the worst printer company, but this is ridiculous.
That's the way they make us buy new cartridges
@@monalisadies New cartridge didn't work for me.
I did what I thought was a semi-reset, didn't fix it. Then a OOBE one cause won't work anyway. Didn't work.
i couldn't stop laughing... i did the same exact thing... i felt like i was watching myself... 😂😂😂
Me too same 😂😂😂😂😂
Me too. No bypass solution
Never EVER buy HP printers. Why shouldn’t I be able to use scanner and other functions EVEN if cartridges go bad
waste of time
Rubbish
Brohther!! Stop making people waste their time by viewing yours tutorials!!!
So what TF an i supposed to do with this info??
You wasted everyone's time including yours. Insane
Clean both cartridges, color and black. We found that our color cartridge was really smudged with ink.
Cartridge number is not accurate try using cartridge n.o 678 .
mine was 678 but no solution.
Ou konn vòlò wi. Tradwi pou vòlò pou Mwen souple nenpòt moun ki kapab
What's the point? I thought you were giving us a solution!
what r u trying to do ?
The essence of this video is defeated. No value addition at all. Take it off
I just want to know if anybody else has this problem and why. It is a mystery to me why my printer refused to print with no hardware problem. Why do you think that is happening?
Just wasted my time
I have no ideea. I sugest you call them
Bluffmaster
waste of time
Que hace por favor 😅
I changed my ink cartridge but still mines like that what can I do
Same issue plz help
me the same :(( even the cartridge is new and original
and it seems that everyone's got the same issue with the black cartridge. I tried a different cartridge but nothing happened.
THIS worked for my ancient 4630 officejet.
1 Remove ALL ink cartridges, CLOSE Lid.
2. Turn off printer fully.
3. JUST keep your printer unplugged for a few minutes to allow it to reset.
4. AFTER a few minutes, turn back on, wait until fully rebooted and you see the main screen.
5. Retry inserting cartridges.
Need to change cartridge holder .
I bought new cartridge and it works fine. It s just a way of making consumers buy new products. There was nothing wrong with the old one exempt I refilled it. A good dozen times
@@back2nature788 I brought new cartridge but no use. Problem still exists.
@@back2nature788 This is for ppl who don't refill theirs. I only buy new ones & replacing it does not work.
😅😅😅😅 awesome 😂😂😂😂 you make me laugh 😅😅😅😂
try these button sequences, they're for the HP Envy 4500 but might work for you. its usually a combination of HOME and - buttons.;
