My 13 year old chichuahua was diagnosed with bladder cancer when I took her in for a UTI. she had a bladder flush biopsy. that was 8 months ago. I use fenbenzenole and hemp oil and tumeric drops and milk thistle. I also give her cranbladder chews every day. She is active like a puppy and runs around and loves to pick on Bruno, a younger pom chi of ours. they wrestle. She eats really good. She is able to hold a whole lot of urine in her bladder and it can get pretty full now before she goes pee. There is no blood in her urine. She does not lick herself down there but only once in a while to clean herself. I had cancer myself in 2005 and refused to help make the onocologist rich through my chemo. I have been cancer free for many years. When the onocologist told me that I would have cancer for the rest of my life, it made me angry to hear somebody try to use a fear routine on me to get me to yield to their greed. I would also spare my own dog the horrors of chemo. Cancer treatment with chemo is to make the medical profession rich, that is why cancer cures and alternative medicines are discouraged.

There is a new test for TCC that I used. It is via urine and uses DNA. It's called the CADET BRAF TCC/UC. My Vet used ANTECH DIAGNOSTICS but I've recently seen another company as well here on youtube in the last day or two. My dog has been bleeding very badly for the past several months when she urinates and it's been on and off with an antibiotic thinking it's a UTI. Last month we got her an xray for stones which was negative and an ultrasound last week showed something abnormal so the vet gave me a couple of options. She later called me to let me know about this new test so we went with that the next morning. She's currently on an antibiotic again and now also an anti-inflammatory. The result came back as negative two days ago so hoping for the best when the antibiotic runs out.
