If you recall, at the end of the office it was revealed that they didnt know the extent of the documentary. A lot of the staff in one of the seasons protested the release of the documentary (in the office universe) due to personally sensitive content
Jenna Fischer's acting is perfect when she sees the candles. The slight inkling of an unknown but familiar danger, like a zombie movie when a character finds fresh scratch marks or blood trails on a wall in an abandoned building.

I'm not going to lie; this was literally the most creative episode they were able to make this season. The fact they held off on an episode of Dwight selling to women just so that they could bring back Jan in season 9 was executed perfectly. I died laughing when Pam told Dwight to forget everything he was taught.
They should’ve brought Jan back as the new manager of Dunder Mifflin in season 8 or 9. Melora Hardin is an amazing actress and so funny. She could go toe to toe with Steve Carell when it came to improv
It's a shame Jan had to turn truly evil in the end. She was selfish, irrational, rigid yet also impulsive before, but she had something of a moral compass and an idea of right from wrong. Still a brilliant character. I love Melora Hardin.
Michael ruined Jan. In season 1 she was just a corporate business woman, but after Michael got to her, she completely lost it all. By season 3 she was insane. Don't get me wrong, she was absolutely toxic for Michael too. But I don't think she would have become AS toxic for Michael if she wasn't infected by Michael's own toxicity in the first place. They were horrible for one another.
