You sold me, I’ve always had a knife in my pocket but nothing ever worth bragging about except for my buck 110 I’ve had since 88. I have been wanting to get a couple really well made knives that do what you expect and want them to do out of the gate and I can’t wait to get one of these. Thank you very much brother, god bless.
I’ve noticed when a company works with the same steel a bunch they tend to really dial in the heat treat but more than that edge geometry makes a huge difference in the cutting which I’m sure u know. Sencut makes a hell of a knife and idk if it’s because they know these knives r being bought to be used and so they put a wicked edge and geometry on them but either way I have a few sencuts that if I handed it to someone that didn’t know name brands they would prob pick it as the better knife than a knife that’s double the price.
Similar to the Mims. Similar blade shape with a little different grind and long hole instead of studs. Handle is similarly shaped as is clip/placement. I like it.
I love the Civivi/Sencut/WE family, but it seems like they recycle design every single year. A lot of Sencuts releases in the past years have been almost the same design with minor adjustments/tweaks. Personally I’d really like some innovation in the budget world, even though I know that comes at the cost of budgets.
I doubt it. It's just a little larger than average. It's still a liner lock which is infinitely weaker than a triad lock. If anything the Vision FG is a better competitor because it's a strong lock, but easier to actuate than Cold Steels.
That looks like the praxis blade, one of the best!

I love carrying and using my Sencut Skarnax and also the ArcBlast, very underrated knives 🔪
I like my Arcblast too. Nice knife for the money.
@ It sure is!
As always love the reviews
Cool! Thanks for sharing Nick
I already have a Draxor on the way, but the Skarnax is definitely gonna be next. Sencut knocks it out of the park almost every time.

Civivi does their sharpening like a Japanese master. 😃

Maybe they're going after cold steel with this one?
