Well the triad Chechen-Russian-English was mostly expected by me, nevertheless it is really nice that because of belonging to wider Muslim culture so many of them decides to learn Arabic. Which also make sense since Chechen and Arabic phonology are quite similar despite of their diversive origin. If only that tongue were equally popular in my country!

you can speak only russian if you want everybody know russian
I don't mean to disappoint you, but virtually all languages of Caucasus region have a complexly developed consonantism. If you want to pronounce these phrases properly, the pronunciation drills would take much, much more time, then memorising several phrases themselves. They have consonants like къ, кI and so on...

impressed that all Chechens speak Chechen - that's very impressive. Many minoritised nations don't speak their own languages. Are there tv and radio stations in Chechen and newspapers and magazines? Are schools in Chechnia all through the medium of Chechen too and what about university?
In chechnya chechen language is on official level like russian, everyone speaks chechen, and speaks russian to other nation people who doesn’t know chechen
Yes, in Chechnya there are television programs in the Chechen language, there are newspapers, children are taught the Chechen language at school, as well as Chechen literature.
There is also a university in the center of the capital in Chechnya.
@@Chechen_voice excellent. Good to see Chechens have self respect and also keep and make Chechen a modern, normal language, not an ethnic badge. I write for Welsh 🏴 language Wikipedia and notice Chechen language Wikipedia has a very high number of articles on all kind of subjects in the language. ✊
@@Chechen_voice does that teach subjects through the medium if Chechen (not just Chechen literature) but things like business, geography, history, law, maths? Or, is it just in Russian?

If you want to know something you can ask
@@Nakhche2004 what about if your mother is chechen?

No Chechen.
I think this comes from the Islamic background of the culture.
In Islam the children hold their father's lingue, not the mother's and not both at the same time.
I am Armenian but my mother is born in Russia, my father in Lebanon and i am born in France so i speak Russian, Arabic, Armenian and french and i learnt english and spanish at school. Very
They are very different they belong to the different language families therefore they are not related.
totally different, is like an english dude hearing turkish
Chechen is not a slavic language, so completely different. But oftentimes chechens use russian numbers or some other formal russian words while speaking chechen
Completely different like Spanish and Chinese for example.
How close are Russian and Chechen? Are there similarities or are they so different based on the culture itself?
Russian and Chechen are completely unrelated and not similar to each other. For example, I’ll write to you now in Chechen and Russian as “Hello, where do you live?”

i never learned russian but being from former Yugoslavia its kinda included. our languages are so similar but differs with a accent to the words. but still i understand, russians say kak dela we dont say kak dela but kako si, We could say kako djela litterly means how you findig it, Like kako djela pizza, How you find the pizza also could be used as how is it going but we just dont use it in daily life. Same like posmatram ili smatram. we use that for instance like on tebe posmatra, He is peeking or checking on you. normally we use gledaj for looking Gledaj you tell somebody gledaj film, Look at the movie or Gledam film Watching movie. But we have the word posmatram for sure but yeah its being used in some sentences not in every day life sentences, and there are many many word we have as russians but they use it in daily life and we sometimes in specific sentences, thats why we from balkan know the russian better than russian our language. they most of the times dont know our words but we know theirs aswell because we have the same words also only yeah not used so much every day. selam braco od bosne
I think most chechen speak Russian and Chechen together in their life. Is it true? Or you only use Russian for formal things?
it’s true.
Большинство в обычной жизни разговаривают на чеченском
We only use russian for formal things
the most time they speak chechen in their life and use russian in formal things. but sometimes they speak russian in their life too, but thats uncommon. and almost everyone of them use many russians words while speaking chechen, but some elders patriots can speak chechen without using russian words. and almost every chechen have or have a bit russian accent while speaking chechen, all that is because of russian invation
