Hi Jon, I hope all's well. My partner and I have a 300 sqm. downhill sloped land in Tagaytay, and we are hoping to get some architectural plans done for it, with a view to getting it built sometime in 2023. I was wondering if it's practical to have the plans and cost estimates done now, so we can put the funds together in time for the build?

Hello Alejandro, as for the plans ok lng naman mgpagawa kaagad. however, for the Cost Estimates it may or may not be relevant anymore after a few years considering the unpredictable price escalation from time to time.
